I am in my mid 50's and never been in any trouble until about a year ago. I was in the process of selling my house when a realtor showing my house made some erroneous assumptions and contacted the authorities. The authorities entered my house, without a warrant, and filed charges based on false assumptions. Once charged, I contacted Al Messer for a consultation. I explained the charges and the situation surrounding them. We both agreed that it appears my rights have been violated and I have been falsely charged. Due to continuances it took several court appearances before we were able to present our case before a judge but, once presented the judge ruled in our favor and suppressed everything the prosecutor had presented. In June of 2017, I got into some trouble for the first time and because of the severity of the charges they were charging me with I was looking at a long sentence in prison. I immediately hired Messer Law firm to represent me from a friends recommendation from his previous case. Best thing I have ever done. He was honest and upfront about the charges and seriousness. I went from having a possible 7-20 year sentence to having a 1 1/2 year drug court and probation making it so I dont have to miss my now 4 and 14 year old daughters growing up.
