He knows what he's doing. I recommend him to anyone that's trying to stay out of jail.

Shady attorney. Took my money never filed nothing. I retained him in May 2018 he said he was filing motion and discovery. Went to court in May he told judge he would draw up order. He told me he would court order other records. Kept asking me to get them. I paid for them. Gave him originals. He had me sign and notarized petition for contempt. He was suppose to file another motion and discovery.
Went to clerks office looked at my whole file.
He never filed nothing through clerks office. He lied the whole time. He said my x would be served. What a loser. I filed complaints with BBB and TN bar association. He has been disciplined with TN bar association 2003-2017. Take clients money using it for personal use. Poor communication with clients. His office never answers the phone.
I been calling him for months about my case.
Do not hire this POS. Waste of time and money. He is a liar. I left a voicemail to expose him and he drew up motion to with draw. Because I am telling the truth. He has done this to so many clients. His conduct is rude unprofessional and disrespectful.

Worst lawyer ever encountered. His staff is friendly but they never return calls or emails and normally give you false information.

He has helped us in many cases sometimes he's over booked but he always seems to make it. I love this lawyer he's not going to tell you something if he can do it he's suprised us many times we love him it's all about loyalty and I trust him fully

Not a good attorney...

Told me I should sign a proposed parenting plan, and with all my evidence it would be vacated. Didn't happen!

Gave him money for an exparta...he gave me a receipt...but the clerks office said it was never filed.

10 minutes before my custody hearing, he told me that I fabricated everything. Despite all the evidence I have.

20 minutes into my trial, he walked out... leaving me unrepresented.

My son is now with his neglective father that I was never married to. No man that beats women should have custody of kids.

He spent no more than 2 hours in total on my case, and took $2,000 from me & a non profit.

After court he said he would give me back some money, but never did. This all went down in 2013.
