My son hired him and paid in full in February and cannot get ahold of him and has not had hardly any communication from him as he sits in jail! I have text and called several times and get very scarce responses if any! I would not recommend hiring him but if you do makes payments instead maybe he will move quickly!

The only way I can describe Mr. McKinney is he's a magician. He approached my case in such a creative "outside-of-the-box" way that win or loose, it was a privilege to watch him work his "magic" in the courtroom. To anyone interested in the backstories of my situations, here you go:
I received my first DUI in 2010 after only a few months of living in Nashville. With no idea of what to do, I reached out to a Federal lawyer I knew from DC and Rob McKinney was 1 of 2 names he recommended. I met with Rob second and knew within 10 minutes of my consultation that he was hired. Meetings with him were always great, he's personable, caring, straightforward and confident (understandable considering the amount of respect he is shown in the courtroom). After a couple brief court appearances, my DUI was reduced with minimal punishment.

In 2014 I received my second DUI, this time involved an accident, more than one cop, and a driving on a suspended license charge. He instantly had the driving on suspended charge dropped and shortly thereafter my DUI was reduced as well, again with minimal punishment. Not once did I receive jail time, I never even lost my license.

Rob is an excellent defense attorney! I was arrested in Brentwood for a DUI along with underaged drinking, minor in possession, drug paraphernalia, and a fake ID. I had always heard about how AMAZING Rob McKinney was from multiple friends of mine but I never knew exactly what that meant until recently.
