The office staff was beyond professional! Mr. Wright went above and beyond to ensure my case was handled professionally and was able to resolve my case quickly. I would recommend him to anyone looking to retain an attorney.

I literally called every law firm in Onslow county to get a quote for legal representation for running a red light and these guys took on the job for $100 less than all of the rest. They all do exactly the same thing. If it’s a moving violation that you need legal representation for then go with this firm. Don’t spend $100 extra for the same service.

Unable to communicate with individuals respectfully. Attempted to hire representation and asked for consultation after speaking with several laywers a month prior about same situation. Was told there was a "Warrant for my arrest", asked if i was just looking for free advice, all before getting my name. When I said I wanted to hire representation asap he began to change his tone but it was to late as I told him I will hire a firm that has manors and can have a professional, respectful conversation. Dont give your money or business to this man. The ridiculous price he interrupted me to say was three times amount of other firms. As i stated previously this is before he recorded my name or heard the reason for me wanting to hire representation.

Service was prompt and professional, though I did have a couple of questions about forms. However, everything was explained well. The major issue I have with this physical location is that the office is located upstairs and there is no elevator that I could see. It is not disability-friendly or accessible. The office is one of a few other offices that share the same space, situated inside what appears to be an old house. It's likely that the original construction probably didn't require accessibility modifications, but the office is at the top of a narrow staircase with landings and turns that were difficult to navigate for me and anyone else with mobility issues. I went to the office in person for a specific reason, but most of their business can be conducted over the phone, I was told, and I only saw one other client in the office when I was there. I suspect they don't have enough physical foot traffic to worry much about physical accessibility modifications and can have people be met downstairs in one of the other rooms down there instead if necessary. The quality of services provided was excellent, though, and I was kept in the loop every step of the way while addressing my concerns. If I ever need to retain services of this type in the future, I will be contacting Wright law Firm.

Absolutely amazing attorney. He knows the ins and outs of the law and will have your charge dropped or lessened better than any other attorney or public defender out there. I can't believe how great a man my public defender came to be amd went through so much to make sure my faulty charge which with just any attorney would have been found guilty of- he did the research and with his professionalism and attitude got it dropped.
