Was recommended to them by a former coworker since we were moving out of state. After 2mo we never heard from them again. It's been 5yrs and we're still dealing with everything. I do not recommend using them unless you can talk to them in person.

Villaver Law Firm expedited my collision case in less than six month. They recovered for me all they possibly could under NC law. My wife, who commented below, did not understand the limits of NC law. This definitely a five star firm.

From start to finish it only took a couple of months before I received the payout and the wait was because I had to wait until after I was done receiving medical care. Betty went above and beyond for me. I work out in Emerald Isle and she even met me out that way because with my work schedule I wasn't able to get to Jacksonville during their business hours. She came and brought everything to me. Ironically I was in an accident almost two years prior to this last one and my car totaled. I am STILL waiting on payout from that attorney. I wish I knew about Stephanie and her team at Villaver before using the other attorney for the first accident. But from now on, if I ever have anymore people run into me and total my car again, Villaver is who I'm calling.

I received a speeding ticket courtesy of Swansboro PD right by Dudley's Marina where the speed limit increases. As I was accelerating from a 35-45 mph zone the cop pulled me. To avoid insurance points/license points, my wife had Stephanie represent me. She went to court on my behalf and got it reduced to a minor infraction. This is the worse law firm in America! They lie, no one is on the same page. They even gave me a check that bounced and then said there was fraud going on in their business so the accounts were froze. Do not deal with these ignorant liars.

Horrible! They never get back to you i been dealing with them since November and only herd from them 4x. The woman i worked with quit and the guy james has been neglecting my calls for over a month. Chris is the office has horrible customer service skills. That place is such a mess i regret giving them my business.
