From my experience with Ms. Smith I can say she is a lawyer that has a heart. Ms. Smith went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Ms. Smith and her staff kept me informed at all times, maintained positive communication step by step, and ensured I was prepared for my custody hearing. I would whole heartedly recommend her services as I don't believe you will find a more compassionate, dedicated, or capable lawyer.

Horrible firm. Poor communication, shoddy clerical work, and complete inaction all at one of the highest prices in town. If you want additional frustration and have no desire for results, this is the place for you!

***Update*** If the THREE YEAR delay in their response to the original review doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about this “firm” than expect the potential financial and legal loss you’ll suffer in the end. I am STILL dealing with the aftermath of their ineptitude in the Appeals Courts over 5 years and tens of thousands of dollars later so, again, hire at your own risk.

They are welcome to contact me to provide a refund for the enormous sum they charged for nothing more than a basic divorce but we all know how that will turn out........ I will certainly update accordingly should they do so.

Horrible office. Just called to find out where one form is that needs to be fixed. Been waiting 3 months for them so sign a paper that they messed up and I just got hung up on. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. This office should cease to exists.

Ugly inside and out!!throws fits like a spoiled brat in the court room . She was difficult to reach and is very hateful person.She spoke down to me and was rude to my family. She even is disrespectful to her own mother! Happy we fired her and hired Warlick who is the best in onslow by far!!!
