The "Popsicle" lambs were super delicious. The entre salad didn't impress me.

Rick was decent at communicating but the policy of not wiring funds to the sellers is not investor friendly. They trust putting a check in the mail and charging you $50 than wiring the funds to your account. They do accept incoming wires though - which makes this policy ironic and absurd.

Negative comments by a seller on one of our closing are regrettable. The timing on when seller proceeds are available is not controlled by the closing firm. The buyer's lender has to authorize us to disburse the buyer's loan proceeds and sometimes there is a substantial delay in getting this authorization. That is what happened with this unhappy seller
