Danielle Webb took my case from a previous lawyer who took advantage of me and misguided me to prolong my case in order to charge me every penny he could while making me believe it was all the opposing counsels fault. I was devastated to learn this when suddenly he was no longer with the firm and I was left with a mess to sort out alone. Danielle was the light and salvation I needed when I felt so defeated and betrayed. She and her firm immediately began working on my behalf and calmed my extreme anxiety without charging me a dime while learning my 2.5 year case. I cannot describe the sense of relief I felt when within 1 month my case was settled without the need to go to court!! Not only settled but settled on my terms where I received everything I was asking for. Danielle gave me the personal attention I so desperately needed in one of the absolute worst times of my life. Truly she has a heart of gold and cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to meet their needs both on a personal and business level. Having worked with this firm to create multiple LLC's, I figured that when I called to ask if they could help me create a new LLC, they would treat me as an current client and not "nickel and dime" me. But after speaking with a fmr employee, I should have not been surprised, b/c I was told that they have tried to not pay employees appropriately in the past. I must say that even in past dealings with this firm, I should have been wary, b/c every time we previously saw someone from this firm, there was an arrogance by them that there is an expectation that we go out of our way to have them perform "contract reviews", which I found VERY much focused on increasing their billable time, NOT providing value.

When I pushed back, I was sent emails stating how they feel they have provided me "consultation", which was very wrong. Why would they need to consult me on opening another LLC, as I already have opened one with them?????

Actually, when we first approached this firm about creating an LLC, we were basically "scared" into working with them, b/c they painted a picture of gloom and doom. What they were doing is trying to line their own pockets.

Additionally, they expected me to to add on additional services that I had NOT requested. Again another way to get more money out of an client.

Last but not least, they reuse old contracts and simply put your company name in the document. How do I know??? B/c when we asked for something to be created, we reviewed their deliverable and found another companies name in the document.

In my opinion, there are probably a lot of other lawyers around town that bill you in a timely manner, don't bill you for a quick question, or are quick to respond.

Best damn lawyer around

The first thing that drew me to this law firm was the fact this is a female owned firm (and as a female entrepreneur myself, I look to do business with other female-founded firms when possible.)

Later when I engaged with them for business I realized that they could offer me the skills and experience of a big firm, but the personalized service of a small firm. Bravo!
