James Warren is my 3 rd lawyer in dealing with my ex-wife. I sure wish I used him from the very beginning. So far I am 4-0 and now my ex is even paying my legal fees. If you have a hostile ex, he is the lawyer for you. he takes the gloves off from the very beginning. This is an update to my comment. I have now been represented by Mr Warren for 5 years now. Every time we went to court we won. As I mentioned earlier if you have an aggressive hostile ex, you need to be represented by Mr. Warren. If I had him represent me from the get go, things would have been much different today. We recently filed several motions, and finally my ex realized it will never end between us.
