After experiencing my first MVA, Brian and his team were very thorough and answered any questions I had. They gave me peace of mind and stayed in touch all along the way. I highly recommend this firm!

I reached out to Brian and his team in 2015 after being involved in an accident. I initially began to handle the adjuster etc. myself, but that only added more stress into my life as they are not the easiest to deal with. So, I googled searched personal injury lawyers in the Fort Mill area. Brian's firm came up along with other lawyers in the area. What made me reach out to him particularly was his OUTSTANDING reviews.

I had never been in an accident (no fault of my own) such as this, and did not know where to go. After reaching out, Laura (HEAVEN SENT), called me the same day, and a convenient appointment was set-up for me. After meeting with both Brian and Laura, I immediately knew that they genuinely cared for the best interest of their clients and that was what I needed on my team.

At times I felt really bad for Laura with her having to deal with adjusters to the insurance companies...but she did what she had to do with professionalism and class. They are all VERY responsive, so if you call or email, your message will be returned if not the same day, the next business day. You see, if I want someone on my team, they MUST be responsive and they did just that with every question that I have ever had. So to fast forward to 2019...it took this long because I am a fighter and so is this firm.

I am not willing to settle on just anything when I have had to endure so much from surgery to time away from my family to mental anguish. My case is now over, BUT I know that I can call this firm for anything, and I know that they will be there for me. They also do more than just personal injury cases. I highly recommend Brian and his team. In the event that I am EVER (God forbid), in this situation again, I will NOT hesitate to call them as their number is programmed in my phone.

EVERYONE here is very pleasant and they are willing to assist in any possible way. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and I believe that Brian fought so hard, and with him being a "Bull Dog" attorney, it showed in my settlement...which was not a small amount.
