They never returned my call, I left messages twice (once on 1/6/2020 and again on 1/10/2020 in case they were extremely busy after the holidays) to become a new client but no response. A complete waste of time.

Wasted a year of my time James Exum, had been trying to get a meeting with him or his paralegal but never could then one day I was told by the receptionist that they didn't have a file on me two days later I get a letter saying they can't handle my case. He said they sent a letter in July that was a lie. Why didn't I receive a phone call like any professional would do to a client they no longer represent.

The parking lot cost to much $20.00 for a half-hour $5.00 for first five minutes parking and it took me 15 minutes to find a parking spot and they didn't have enough handicapped parking spaces either.
