I started thinking about old times (my first businesses) reading your email. I opened our first Omniserve Wireless store in 1997. Admen is my 4th business. I quickly browsed old records, thinking about how much you've helped my businesses, to find less than 10K in legal fees over 20 years. It was worth so much more!

There are very few people that have added so much value to my life while after only a few short meetings and emails. I appreciate the efficiency, the transparency, and that your advise turned out to be the best advise. Keeping us out of court and minimizing arbitration costs.

I just chuckled to myself thinking about the fact that I am writing these words about an 'attorney'. I thought about leaving a review but no one would believe me. LOL. If I could make it 0 stars I would, I went to them in 2016 to begin my paperwork for my citizenship. I was with Geidy, she put in everything and said that we needed to wait to hear from immigration to see what records they have of mine. After a couple months of waiting, I began to call every two weeks to see where the progress was and she never answered. I’ve been calling every month since then with no response. My husband went to the firm to speak to them and turns out they got a response from immigration a YEAR ago. A complete YEAR. She never responded to my calls, she never even let us know that it had arrived. When my husband picked it up, she didn’t even answer him because of what she did to us. She cashed out on us and never called back. Horrible.

We worked with Kara North in the adoption of our son this year and she was phenomenal. We were referred to her by LDS services along with a few other adoption attorneys. Randy Spencer has not only been an amazing lawyer, he was a great friend. After helping us on a civil case with an auto insurance company that tried to intimidate us into a low settlement Randy came in like a white knight. He forced the insurance company to do the right thing, and held our hands the entire time. He will be my families lawyer from here until he retires. I would recommend him to anyone seeking justice. I would suggest those seeking advantage over people think twice if those people retain Randy, or Kara.

Aaron helped me in a custody battle for my two boys. In the state of Utah, it is difficult for Dads to get more time with their kids. Initially I was lucky to get my kids half time (week on, week off). After some time, my ex wife decided to sue me for full custody. Not only did Aaron win the case for us (no change in custody), he was able to reduce the child support amount by over 60%! Our gratitude has no end for Aaron Dodd. He IS the best! He helped maintain my relationship with my boys at a time they needed their Dad.

I've worked with several lawyers,. I've done everything from design their marketing plans, consult with them on contracts, to retain their services after my car was totaled by another driver on two separate occasions. I can say without a doubt that Fillmore Spencer is the finest firm I've ever worked with. They explained what was happening step by step. Always took the time to answer any questions, and constantly went out of their way to keep us informed. At the time we retained the services of Randy he was already scheduled to go to Japan and teach English to aspiring Japanese corporate lawyers. I was a little nervous about this at first, but those fears disappeared quickly as Randy would accommodate very odd hours to make sure everything was moving forward, and that we were taken care of. I've read a few of the negative posts and frankly they look like competitors trying to hurt a great law firm, or they are people who lost cases to Randy and his group and are seeking petty revenge, not backing up a single statement they use with examples. Again I've personally seen Randy work very odd hours to accommodate me, as well as offer additional advice that lawyers I had worked with in the past had never mentioned. Simply put he is the best lawyer I've ever met, and I've met more then my fair share. Lastly I would simply like to thank Randy and his team for being so amazing.

My daughter and son in law knew Randy Spencer as a neighbor and suggested I get his help after being rear ended by and unlicensed driver. The truck I was a passenger in was very large, and it didn't seem like I could have been hurt that much because the damage to our truck was minimal, but the car that hit us was demolished. I was whiplashed, and my husband said I looked like a wet noodle. I kept thinking the pain would go away, but it didn't. Now 2 years later I am still in terrific pain and had to quit my job. Randy Spencer and another attorney, Kara North and Brianna their assistant have helped me through this ordeal, even being compassionate when I was crying over my lifestyle change. I had to quit my full time job, and now we are getting close to settling the case. When I met Randy and we settled for my husband's injuries, and we talked about mine, I thought he was harsh. I realized later he was just being honest with me about what it would be like if we went to court. Because he took the time to explain the types of questions that would be posed to me in court, I took the time to get all the right documentation I could get from doctors, and really tried hard to get better. He is even trying to help me get back reimbursement for lost wages, which went on for over one year. And Kara North helped me get social security disability because of the accident. When you are in pain you can't advocate like you should for yourself. I needed their help and caring and thoroughness. I am grateful to each person who helped, and especially to Kara and Brianna who made me feel listened to and valued. They really do care and they are not just doing this to get done. They are doing it to do the right thing and I know it will make a difference in my life. We are now in the process of going for the underinsured motorist part of my insurance.

Fillmore and Spencer is a very fare and reliably for me it has been a long stretch for my case but he worked really hard on what I deserved. Randy always made me feel like there was hope and helped me not give up. So thank you for all of your time and for being my friend and helping me get through this tough time in my life..
