I'm editing my entire review because some leaps and bounds were made, and my experience has since been much more pleasant. As a short summary, the lawyer I was working with from the firm was negligent, and frankly just didn't seen like he cared and it almost cost us a large sum of money. That lawyer did not represent the firm well, and from what I know, is no longer a part of the team.

However, Brett, one of the Managing Partners at the firm, stepped in to ensure my wife and I were not left in the dust. Although not much was done as far as "action items" go (Just due to the point the case was at), Brett made sure that we understood that what happened with our previous lawyer was not acceptable, and that amendments had been made. He ensured us that he's going to continue to guide us through anything else that may come up, and for that I feel like I can't keep the original one star review. The experience from working with our previous lawyer and Brett was night and day, so I would recommend working with Brett, and I feel confident saying that they won't allow the experience we had to happen to anyone else.

My work with Boulton was not only quick and efficient, but quite pleasant! I was very frazzled and shocked after my car was hit and totaled on the freeway, and it was invaluable to have someone coach me through what I needed to do to get the care I needed for my injuries. Interactions were very forthcoming and straightforward, they even took down their pay (1/3) to match what I would get after the whole settlement was over, which made me feel valued and well taken care of as their client. 10/10 would come to Boulton again for any injury legal needs I (hopefully never) have again!

This has been the WORST experience of my life @ trying to hire an attorney for an at work accident. I call this attorneys for a review on my case, and the company put me with Bruce M. Franson. He review my case at his office and explain me some of the steps to follow to have him representing me. But suddenly 2 weeks after we spoke he , stop accepting my calls and he didn't respond to my messages . At that point i didn't know what else to do, but i realize that he didn't want to take my case. The bad thing here is, that HE SHOW NO RESPECT for my time or me , by just evicting me and making me waste my time after putting my hope on him . And the least thing he could do for consideration after me chossing him for a possible legal representant would be to talk straight and like any other normal person just decline the offer and that's it. Instead of that , he make me waste a lot of my precious time and show no respect for me as a possible client and giving to the attorneys company that he represent a really bad reputation. I just wished that Mr. Bruce M. Franson , would it have the " Balls ", to talk to me stright like a real man , and if didn't feel capable enough to representing me , just say it, and that's it , so i can keep looking for an attorney, to solve my situation. I was hit buy a car while riding my 3-wheeled bike. After I got home from the ER it was suggested that I call Mark Flickinger. He came to our house the same day. He was completely thorough in giving me the information I needed to know about the lawsuit we planed on filing. I was involved in what I initially thought was a minor car accident. I was wrong. The impact was minimal from being rear ended but the damage to my body was not. Geico (the other parties insurance) had taken full responsibility and then stated they were not going to cover one penny of it. At this point from the accident I had suffered a concussion, torn my rotator cuff in my right shoulder, had lower back and upper neck pain, and headaches. I'm a Certified Public Accountant, and I've been involved in a number of insurance company disputes during my lifetime. After we were rear-ended on I-15, all members of our family were injured to varying degrees.
