I was grateful for their knowledge and expertise, and especially their free forms online, I post 3 of them to my renter and after 4 days it was very effective to get them to move all their belongings, and even leave the key. We have worked with Jeremy on a few different eviction situations. He has been professional, responsive and helpful. Jeremy handles the legal counsel for us in relation to evictions, or other legal issues, on rentals that are owned by the State of Utah. He is professional, responsive, timely, and is educated in case law as much as he is on the statutory regulations. I’ve worked with other attorneys who feel bothered to be representing us on rental evictions and conduct themselves as if they wish they picked another profession, but Jeremy has always taken each of our cases and handled them as if he was the owner himself. He is also very good on providing steps for mitigation if a resolution outside of court is possible. Ultimately, he strengthens each client’s case, and provides the necessary amount of attention to each client. Jeremy also teaches classes for the Utah Chapter of NARPM and the Utah Apartment Association. What a great experience!!! I've usually handled my own evictions but I decided to give them a try. I'm glad that I did. It freed me up to concentrate on other aspects of my business. I called these guys with questions and was so surprised when attorney David Todd spent about 20 minutes talking to me, hearing out the circumstances of my case. Jeremy and his team had done a great job with an eviction! It is never a pleasant task but they made it simple, easy and stress free.
I called their office late on Friday and Jeremy returned my call that same evening to explain the process. He also sent me a detailed email on the steps to take. I had him handle the process and he had a notice served Monday and tenants were gone by Thursday. Their follow up was great. I also used his Rental Agreement which was a big help.

Jeremy Shorts is the last person in the world you want to talk to because it means you've got trouble brewing with tenants. I say world because I live in Kuwait. I own a few properties and never had a problem with tenants until recently. I loved how I was able to get online and find a site that was very helpful to me as a landlord and what my rights were.
