I worked with Braden. He was very knowledgeable. He made a not so easy family situation much more understanble and less painful to go through. The entire experience was great. I will definitely work with them in the future for any other legal matters.

I had an injury in a retail store and called Wamsley & Associates to get guidance on proceeding with dealing with their insurance company as this was something I have never experienced. They gave me some direction and advised it may be a situation I could deal with on my own, but said when the matter was close to resolution I could call for further guidance if I was not happy with the outcome. The agent from the store's insurance company was less than pleasant to work with and after 6 months of back & forth he offered me nothing for my experience. I was not trying to even get much, but expected there should be something. I called Wamsley & associates for further guidance and Braden was so awesome to work with! He gave me a bunch of information to call back the insurance company with to try to resolve the matter and after it was still unresolved he offered to help me pursue the situation, all while letting me know it could end up getting us nowhere. He never made me feel like he was trying to take from me or put me in a bad position. I genuinely felt he was trying to help. He was great in asking for my opinions on the negotiation processes. He was always sure to under-promise on the situation, yet over-delivered. I was so pleased with the experience and it helped me realize there is such thing as a lawyer who wants to help. Of course they will get their payment, but he was always upfront about the fees and gave zero pressure to use him or proceed further with the situation than I was comfortable.
