When I called Dean Smith's number as stated on his website a receptionist answered and I explained that I was looking for an attorney that specialized in commercial real estate contracts because I was leasing a property for my business in another state and I was looking for an attorney to review my lease agreement. The off-site receptionist told me that I needed to answer 5 questions. Her first question was (I'm paraphrasing), "Do you wish to sue anyone?". I explained a second time that I am leasing a property in another state and I was looking for an attorney to review my lease agreement. She replied that she needed to ask me these 5 questions. Her second question was, "Is anyone suing you?" Ridiculous!!!
