I would like to personally thank Joseph Jardine for helping me through one of hardest things I’ve ever had to face. Without sharing too much of my personal situation, I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. I hired Joseph following a very traumatic night that resulted in 7 charges! This case was a domestic situation that could have made things pretty bad for me had I been found guilty. Initially, when I first met with him I was embarrassed and ashamed of the way I was presented and how I looked on paper, given the chain of events, and I had no clue how he would be able to help me. However, Joseph was so genuine and caring, he took the time to really review that night from the police reports, the video footage, and actually cared to listen to my side of the story. We had several court appearances and Joseph could have pushed me into taking the original plea deal offered, but he didn’t. He fought even harder for my case and discussed with me all the possibilities. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. All charges but the 2 smallest were dropped. I was given a fine and can finally wash my hands of this and move forward. I appreciate his compassion, respect for the law, and dedication shown to his clients. I would highly recommend Jospeh Jardine and any money spent with him is well worth it.

He was able to get me a great deal in a situation in a complicated case against a corrupt and abusive government agency that holds all the cards. Peter is sharp! He was on top of my case and has a response for ever detail. Peter has full understanding of the laws. My case was very senstive and I felt very uncomfortable talking about it but Peter made me feel comfortable. No judgment what so ever. I felt confident once on the stand. The outcome of my case was great! I made sure to add there contact in my phone for future reference... "hold up let me call my lawyer!" And you can't forget Bellina she was the first person I talked to she is such a sweet gal and very professional. From start to finish I have been nothing but satisfied!

Joseph Jardine is an absolute amazing attorney and person in general!! When I first spoke to him I informed him of my situation and admitted that I was guilty etc. My situation was a very rough one considering I was already on ap&p and had caught a new charge. The same type of charge I was on probation for. Mr. Jardine didn’t judge me from my past mistakes and past charges. He saw me for the kind of person and mother I am and seen that I’m a good person and a great mother just trying to provide for my kids. He was in the middle of a big trial case when he took my case on and even though he was super busy with the trial case, he always made time to talk to me or meet me when I needed him too or asked him too. He was super understanding and compassionate to my situation. He was able to help me so much and he got me home confinement instead of jail time which I’m able to leave for work, medical things for me and my two girls and my father. He was also able to get the new charge and probation ran concurrent with my current probation. If it wasn’t for Joseph Jardine fighting for me and standing up for me then I wouldn’t be at home with my girls right now..I’d be sitting in Davis county jail. If you want a lawyer who genuinely cares and who’s genuinely on your side even if you’re guilty then I recommend him greatly! He knew my financial situation and only charged me 1500$ and even though i didn’t have cash he took my truck title as collateral and he set up payment arrangements of 250 a month. He’s absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you again so very much Joseph for seeing me for who I am and not for what my criminal record says!!

Joseph & Peter go above and beyond to get your desired outcome. They listened to everything that I needed and were able to get the outcome I had to have. They actually achieved my requested outcome, which I realized was not good enough for my circumstances. They then went back to court and somehow got everything that I needed a second time. In addition to doing everything I asked of them, they also gave me a huge discount when it was all said and done. The front office representative (Lorena) is very friendly. Lorena, Peter and Joseph are all wonderful to communicate with either over the phone or in person. Hands down, the best law office along the Wasatch Front. 10/10 would recommend.

Unless you are a criminal, don't hire this clown. He works for the system. He represents what is wrong with the legal system. He just wants his money and wants you to take a plea bargain. He is late for court appearances. He does NOT care about his clients. He works for all those District Attorneys, Prosecutors and Judges. He is part of the problem. You might as well get a court appointed attorney. Steer clear of this guy. You have been warned.
