Coulter and Tateoka were excellent at processing the paperwork and resolving an agreement with the tenant for collection of the money owed . I subsequently used them for a pre nup agreement for 2 of my children and once again they were professional and I was pleased with their work.

I’ve never left a negative review before now. Unfortunately my experience was very negative.

Upon my first meeting with them I stated that I needed things done quickly and needed good communication. That was about 6 weeks ago. After multiple emails and voicemails with nothing being done I went in and got my deposit back.

Derek and his team went above and beyond to help me with a business dispute. I actually had a different attorney before I found Coulter & Tateoka. After my initial meeting with Derek I knew I had the right attorney for the job.
My dispute involved the sale of a business in which I was not protected very well under the original purchase documents and operating agreement. Derek was able to find several sections of the operating agreement that favored my dispute.
