We used Brian D Johnson Law firm to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy and our experience was incredible. As with most people we were, embarrassed, frustrated and scared with our situation. We were really in a mess. I called around to some of these "no money down" places and was shocked to find out that although they didn't charge fees up front, they were charging me almost double the price to work with me on payments after the case was filed. I felt like they were really a trap taking advantage of my crappy situation. I talked to Brian and he was able to file my case for hardly anything anyway and didn't take advantage of me. The fees were reasonable and I felt like I finally had someone on my team. The staff has been great and I am done with my bankruptcy and working on getting my credit back on track with their credit correction program. I wouldn't have thought about the credit part of it. I'm glad they are teaching me that just because I filed doesn't mean my credit will be fixed. Thanks for taking care of us after the BK and not just running us through a mill. It means a lot to us.
