Nightmare bankruptcy!
They lost my papers, my case was delayed because someone there went on vacation, and finally I told them not to add my car to the bankruptcy and they did it anyway. It was the only vehicle I had and it got repoed. I will never go there again. I wish I could get my money back!

I needed Craig Helgesen to review divorce documents for me prior to filing. He was friendly, professional, showed personal interest in my case and got everything done very quickly in spite of a heavy case load. He was very easy to talk to and I had complete confidence in him. I would definitely refer friends and go to him again.

I finally decided to get some help on a matter (elective) that I wanted to resolve. Kurt Helgesen exceeded expectations beyond my definition of a "best-case" outcome before I contacted him. Everything went right; from my limited view and understanding of the law; I would say the real value is the connections Kurt and this firm have within both the defending and prosecuting side of the UT system. Kurt accomplished in a matter of days what others could not in a matter of years! Don't go it alone; this stuff is tricky and in my case, my fees to this firm are a fraction of what the cost would have been if I had not retained Kurt. Thanks!

We needed to file bankruptcy, which was the easy part. As everything was being we had a lot of serious issues come up. Including almost losing our home. Angie and Craig were with us every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to solve our ever growing issues. Before we knew it, everything was solved and we were on track to a less stressful life. We are very happy with all their work. We had no issues with communication, all calls and emails were answered in less than 24hrs (90% same day, depending on what time I left the message).
This is not the first time we used their services, and this will NOT be the last time either. I do recommended them wholeheartedly.

They don’t have good communication and never answer your calls, you don’t even know how your case is going, a lot of money and time waste.

I would rate them a minus 10. They are hands down the worst bankruptcy attorneys in Utah!!! They have been paid in FULL now for 8 months! They didn't even have receipts so I have a hand written NOTE of payment. I told them to file the paperwork, they forgot for 30 days! Then they finally filed the paperwork AFTER I was so mad I wanted my money back! They competely forgot creditors that they were supposed to list. I still have no idea if they actually pulled my credit report. They filed the wrong information with the courts. The attorney was late to court. I had to file the missing paperwork that they didn't with the trustee myself. They don't return phone calls at all. They are 100% competely incompetent! You couldn't find worse attorneys if you tried to! I still don't know when my bankruptcy will be discharged! Angie refuses to call back. They take no accountability what so ever. If they are any KNOWLEDGEABLE ATTORNEYS THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, CAN I APPEAL THE CRAPPY JOB THEY DID???? Just Ridiculous.

Angie does not call back. Very poor communication. They did get done what i needed after a lot of calls. Paid alot of money expected some better communication.

Not one thing went smoothly with our adoption. Craig Helgesen didn't follow through with anything. His staff made significant errors every step of the way. What we were told would be finished in November took until the end of February. They still made mistakes they put the wrong year on the adoption decree, and misspelled my husband's name on the vital statistics form that is for the birth certificate issue. Its now May I've called repeatedly and no one has called me back or fixed either problem. Avoid this firm.

Horrible service. Never got a call back from Angier she was always unavailable. Basically scammed me out of my deposit.

They don't listen to what is needed. And just do what they want.

I feel like my case was pretty easy. I don’t feel like I got a lot of information given to me unless I asked about current situations, maybe that could have been because the attorney and his asst do this Daily for their job this was my first divorce so I came in knowing not much, but in the end I am happy with my result I feel like I got my answers in a timely manner and I would def recommend for price and quality.

They got the job done, but I had to contact them in order to get updates, or paperwork and to even get my case started after paying them and waiting patiently for 2 weeks. I had no experience with bankruptcy so more guidance would have been appreciated.
Fair price, but wish they'd been more responsive to me as a client.
