Went to Roy for a child custody case mainly talked to his paralegal who is obviously very scatter brained and half the time I went in there to talk about the case forgot what it was even about. Went to court he agreed with my exes attorney on everything then told me this is a process we have to go through to get what we want. Ended up seeking other counsel let his paralegal know I'd no longer be using roy so I could get the rest of my money back. Here it is 2 months later and many many phone calls later and still havent seen a dime. Unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

He kept telling me he would show up to my court dates and then when they would come he wouldn’t show up so I’d have to reschedule and take more time off work. He finally showed up 1 time out of the 4 he said he would and all he did was get my charge reduced to a speeding ticket when the court couldn’t even find the video evidence they said they had, he didn’t do anything it was a waste of $500 and then he told me he would get my $400 back I had to pay to the dmv and he never called or told me anything about it, I tried calling multiple times and couldn’t get a response. In the end it was a waste of money and he didn’t follow through with what he said. I wouldn’t hire him again after this experience

So far, my experience with Mr. Cole has been great. His paralegal is amazing and I feel confident that he's trying his best to make sure that all parties included are beneficial of the situation.

This so called lawyer got paid $2500.00 cash to mis-represent me! He is the worst LAWYER so called lawyer in the state! I am serving 364days in jail because of him. Trust me don't hire him. He is nothing more than a mouthpiece for the courts........

The worst communication I’ve ever had with any attorney. He would set dates for court and not tell anyone. Tells people they expect “microwave results” when asking for updates on your case. Had no empathy, no professionalism, and ignores texts, calls and emails. Doesn’t know what the case is about when he goes to court. Doesn’t submit documents when he should. Over all very upset with the service I received after paying the money I paid. And after getting no results he did not even return the correct anount of money due back to me. It’s not about winning or losing, its really just the lack of care he has and shows. Basically stole money to do nothing.

Would you use him to file bankruptcy if he was in bankruptcy himself? Yeah i yhought not. This guy takes peoples money then doesnt do the work and wont give you back your money. Hes phoney and pretends to be a nice good guy at least in our case and other people weve talked to. Lazy and dishonest

Got to the office at 8:57 for our 9:00 appointment had to wait outside untill 9:05 was let it filled out most of the wrong paperwork cause they didn't even know why we where there there where made to sit and wait 30 minutes with no update ended up just leaving due to the fact my wife had to go to work I advise you get your stuff together guys

He handled our bankruptcy very thoroughly and made sure he included all our debtors and he answered all our questions.

Ran across some financial problems about a year ago and been hounded with collector's ugh, finally saved up enough to file bankruptcy and glad I found this place because it was a much better price than **ncoln law quoted me. I finally don't need to screen my calls.

Roy Cole CARES (although his tough guy exterior is his persona...and why everyone likes him) and moreover Emily helps make that place go round and she takes everyones case on like it was her own. Its just rare to find someone who really takes it personal to deliver results for people. Thats why I give them a "Best Ever". FO REAL =P
