All fake reviews and leave a bad name for people who bring the needs to the state. The reviews are paid advisory reviews where the client looks at cases not of their self's. These people are horrid, fake and will do anything to make a dollar

Three years ago I was in an automobile accident. I hesitated going to a lawyer thinking I would get well naturally. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and I required surgery. My healing progressed slowly as did my lawsuit until Vanessa took over my case. Until the day I picked up my check I was not aware that she was also a lawyer. As I look back and remember the detailed way she took care of me I amamazed. She would take my calls whenever I tried to get a hold of her and call me back within a short period of time if I left a message. This is not normal for a aparalegal let alone a lawyer. Thaddeus and his team did an excellent job working with me over my two year recovery period. Because of their efforts, I was able to obtain a much larger settlement than I would have ever gotten on my own. In addition, after the policy-limit settlement with the at-fault's insurance, they also represented me in the very successful underinsured motorist coverage claim against my insurance company. Overall, I was very happy with the total settlement they were able to obtain and the help they provided to put the whole accident/recovery period in the rearview mirror. I participated in one of the mock trials. They gave us drinks and coffee and it was a really inviting atmosphere. Is really cool to hear that a lawyer is interested in other people's opinions. Everybody that I met there and talk to you is very nice. If I ever need an injury lawyer I know exactly where I'll go first.

I participated in a focus group that discussed various cases, and all of the participants were able to share thoughts, feelings, and opinions about the case. It was really fun to analyze real-life situations with others, and get an inside look at how things work. Feller and Wendt is an amazing firm, and I really enjoyed my time interacting with their staff!

I participated in a mock trial/ focus group with Feller and Wendt, it was a really easy and fun way to earn some extra cash. It was interesting to hear different cases and have the opportunity to give feedback and discuss differences in opinion among the group. They also pay you right upon completion of the mock trial which is nice.

I only had 1 experience but I wasn't too impressed. The arguments presented for the plaintiff they represented weren't that robust. I also felt one of the name partners came off pretty head-strong.

A couple weeks ago I had the chance to participate in a mock trial at Feller and Wendt. They treated all participants with kindness and real interest; before we got into the nitty gritty of the case, one of the named partners went around the group and asked us questions about ourselves, really made me feel appreciated and listened to. They even went out of their way at lunchtime to provide other options for someone with specific dietary restrictions. All staff members were extremely professional and personable, without being overbearing or intimidating. I found the mock trial itself to be fascinating. I would definitely recommend participation in a mock trail at Feller and Wendt to friends. I hope I will never be in need of a personal injury attorney, but if I did, I confidently would seek them out.

I heard 4 separate cases and was invited to express my personal insights about it. They set the stage for all viewpoints to be welcome. I am totally unimpressed with the whole operation and their lack of professionalism and human concern. I was involved in an auto accident and Feller & Wendt agreed to take my case. They were extremely poor in communicating the status of the case as well as following through with call backs and promised assignments not completed. They actually had to drop me as a client because they were not even aware that they had been retained by the other driver in the accident also.
My wife had a slip and fall accident that they handled the same way - slow and poor or little communication and no action performed to resolve the case until months had passed by and they sent us a letter saying they were dropping the case! They didn't even have the decency or professionalism to call us or tell us why they were dropping the case. Now so much additional time has passed that there inaction is a real detriment to us being able to persue the case at all. Would I recommend Feller & Wendt to a friend? Not on your life.
