I've been paying the subscription for years, sometimes wondering why. With one case Brad saved my family so much hardship that I will likely be as member for life.

Completely dropped the ball with my case, ending up with a default judgement and no notice until the letter for me to appear in court to pay the Labor Commission. Would NOT recommend.

Had a consultation with a Rachel on the phone. I have a hard time believing she is an attorney because she provided absolutely no advice. She said "I don't know" and "uhhhh" more times than I could count. Not a good way to build clients' confidence, and a terrible way to show your "expertise".

Schofield is extremely unprofessional he showed up to court looking like he just rolled out of bed and showed up. His clothes were wrinkled looked like he had something unspeakable on his pants .. Anyhow need I say more .

I had a dui case and if we took it to trial we would of had it taken off but I was okay with getting it plead down to a reckless driving, which they rarely let you plead down from a dui!!! Whether it was a family favor or desperation for a case, the company image and standards they care to uphold are low enough to send a cease and desist order to a college girl for using some dish soap on behalf of the roommate who has a history of lying to management and violating the lease agreement. "Professional" corporation...

If you have this law firm assigned to you when you got signed up with Legal Shield DROP THEM!! They are worthless! Gave me generic useless feedback. When I asked them a question attorney said "how can I put this nicely". So many others situations to mention but not enough space to type. Trust me they are not worth your time.

I have been using this firm for 15 years. Since 2002. I originally liked there service the last 2 years they have not been of any help. They just tell me i will have to write a letter or make the phone calls my self. I dont need an attorney to read a letter to me i need advice. Heather has been worthless in my opinion and of no help. I will be cancelling my prepaid service. And just start paying directly for and attorney somewhere else. Recommend mot using this firm. They don't care about you.

I couldn't be happier with this law firm. I've worked with Tracy Olsen who represented me in traffic court, Rachel Pierce on getting my trust done. They've all been so respectful and have proven to me that even attorneys can give excellent customer service.

These guys were awesome. Went above and beyond what was expected of them. Sam was very helpful and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. Would recommend, definitely.

These guys hate my guts and vice-versa. Unfortunately I'm forced to work with them on occasion. I have been given bad advice and treated incredibly rudely by the "shareholder" attorneys there. Some of them have relatively little experience but somehow make partner regardless. They have been incredibly unprofessional towards me and even hung up on me a few times. One or two of them have literally gone out of their way to make my life extra difficult. One of the partners assumed something false instead of simply asking me for clarification. One younger attorney there was actually really good but from my understanding he is gone now. Even when the firm was Snow Nueffer, they were terrible and giving out terrible referrals.

P.s. I won a case against someone after this firm told me I had absolutely no case...

I was given Sam Barker as a reference for a good attorney. He rarely answered the phone, returned messages, or met with me. The more I tried to converse with him about what was happening with my case, the more the receptionist said he was busy or out of the office. When he showed up for our one court hearing together he explained how he was living in his parents basement because he had lost all his money gambling on horse races. In fact, before the court hearing he told me he had to have over $3000 by the next two days to pay his bookie and needed me to pay my bill right then. He was no help with my case and actually made the situation worse. I fired him that day.
