I had recently used another attorney for a different matter, and was less than pleased with their communication (I eventually fired them)....it was a complete disaster! I was a little more than hesitant to hire another attorney after that experience, but Dain totally made the process as painless as possible, and of most importance - Dain was easy to contact, and returned all communications promptly!
