I would give a big fat ZERO if I could, do NOT go through this attorney unless you are severely injured or there was a death, this attorney only cares about what he can make, not what he can do for his clients. I was involved in a serious automobile accident and broke a bone in my back and the person that hit me lied and said I ran the red light when she is the one who turned into my car on a green light, I called Will the night of the accident to retain an attorney so this girl wouldn't get away with lying, I put all of my trust into Will to help get the truth out and he failed miserably. He did nothing for me for 2 months while I was waiting for him to call with information about my claim, he let my car sit in the tow yard and didn't even try to contact my insurance company to have my car totaled. He told me not to speak to anyone, it could hurt our case, it ended up hurting me way more listening to him.People were telling me to fire him way before I did, I wish I would have listened, I wouldn't be in the position I am in now, especially for someone who has been honest the whole time. There is a gas station that offered video footage of the wreck and Will never even tried to retain the footage, my new attorney went to the gas station and got the footage, just like that and I was able to prove I was the one telling the truth. Yeah, great attorney, right? No. If you need justice and have anything but an extremely large case do not see this attorney. I am serious. He only cares about the wrongful death cases, the ones that make millions.
