I am seasoned in the divorce, custody arena.. I can tell you this, the Ault Firm and there personale,( Anthony ,Heather and Seirra, )are the most professional legal team I have ever dealt with in my 13 years of in and out of a courtroom experiences..I wish I would have known about them at the beginning of my divorce.. They did in 2 months what 3 other big name firms could not do in 13 years. They understand the laws and use the facts of your situation and they present them in a way to the courts, that gives them the respect from the courts, and judges. If you need honest help with a divorce ,custody dispute, child support, I would highly recommend this firm.. These guys are awesome! Chris is one of the most knowledgeable personal injury lawyers around. I would recommend them to anyone.

The firm charges per time utilized; so phone calls, emails, reviewing and anything work/time will be charged to you (example: I call in to get update and it takes 0.2 hours of $225 for phone call equals $45). There was some issues with communication and the final check but Chris made it alright. The criminal charges were seriously reduced to a minor infraction which is all that matters to me.

In all, I am grateful for their help.

It truly is a rarity to find someone like Christopher Ault. Someone who that took the time to help me and my family. I owe this man more than words can explain. They were helping us with getting gardianship of our autistic child. We paid them in full and had everything ready to go and went to court. They did not show up to court and left us standing there in front of the judge with nothing. The judge requested medical records that the attorney had. They said they submitted them to the courts. We waited for them to finish it up and nothing came of it.

It has now been a year and we still do not have the gardianship and we are not able to get our child things they need and the attorneys have cut all communication with us. We know that they messed up and we hoped they would make good on it. It appears that they are not interested in fixing the issue.

They did contact me yesterday and they have said that the case is now assigned to another team member. They have requested a week to get up to speed on the case.

After this post, Ault Firm was quick to help us in completing our case.

The best law firm in the state, if not the country! Chris was not only knowledgeable, but also very professional.

When I needed help Chris was there for me and gave me great advice on how to properly handle my issues. He even said that they might be able to do payment arrangements for me because I'm on SSI

When I met with Christopher for the consult he was great and very understanding due to me locking my keys in the car when I got there and had to have AAA come unlock my car during our meeting. But when it came to hiring him and trying to talk to him I left multiple messages for him and made so many phone calls and was even put on his schedule for him to call me and never received a single word back from him. One final phone call was made to ask if I needed to find a different attorney or if I could hire him and once again I received nothing from him. I was so disappointed because I thought he was going to be an amazing attorney for my divorce and custody but he just left me in the dust. I should not have placed all my eggs with him and should have had other attorneys in mind but my first impression of him was positive so I didn't bother.... bummer. You may have better luck than I did with working with him but it's a shame that I never got that chance.

I hired Christopher Ault for a relocation case back in November. Three weeks after I hired him I no longer needed his services because the relocation wasn't taking place. I have since been trying to get the remainder of my retainer fee back with no success. I have called the office several times and either no one calls me back or I'm given the run around. I asked for an invoice of the services provided and was told that I could not have one. I don't know any legitimate business that will not give you an invoice for the services they have provided to you. I would strongly recommend not using this law firm.
