Jurhee Rice is a liar. She lied in court. If you hire her she could cost you more money because of legal fees associated with the lying. I know this from personal experience I had a case that she was opposing counsel she lied to the judge... I currently have 132 pages of documents to prove her lies. I am also in the process of filing an appeal.

As a rebuttal to the response from the owner Ms Rice was not doing her job properly all attorney in this country should be being truthful. If the owner would like to sit down I will buy the audio disc from the hearing and bring it along with all 132 page pages and prove that she lied(committed perjury). I understand in all cases there has to be a party that loses but I also understand that attorney should be ethical. She again today lied and was the truthful information in her hands.

I want to make it clear that I have not had business dealings with any of the other attorneys of this firm and this review is strictly a review of Jurhee Rice.

Here is the oath every attorney t SSA keys to be admitted to practice law in the state of utah...

“I do solemnly swear that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Utah; that I will discharge the duties of attorney and counselor at law as an officer of the courts of this State with honesty and fidelity; and that I will strictly observe the Rules of Professional Conduct promulgated by the Supreme Court of the State of Utah.”

I need not point out lying to the courts is not discharging the duties with honesty and fidelity.

For the owner to defend this lady without even seeing the evidence makes him foolish. Even my 12 year old would get both sides of the story before judging someone.

Worst expiranxe ive had! The first day he quoted me the price it would be and said that would be FOR EVERYTHING. When we met on a Thursday he wanted ME to type up the transcript of the recording of the first trial and I said I can TRY to get that done by Saturday when HE chose to meet with me. Friday I told him I was not going to be able to get that typed up before our visit on Saturday. I questioned my self why I was needing to do it anyway...like what am I paying him to do? When we met on Saturday a family member came with me and Greg asked me if I had brought the transcrpit and I told him I sebt him a message the day before saying I wasnt going to get it done and never got a reply from him. He then started to get worked up and said well then what is the point of this meeting on a Saturday morning (remember he chose the day and time) then my family member stepped in and asked why I needed to do the transcript he then yelled at my family saying "did you want to pay for me to do it" and then I cut in asking what I paid the 1000 for him to do..he yelled and threatened to call police on my family.

He is the rudest attorney I ever saw! He repeatedly told me to shut up in front of the jury during my trial.he was unprepared and unfamiliar with the details of my case and the only reason I won was because I decided to testify against his advice. After going though a web site that will match you with the best attorneys for your case, and sends them notification of a possible client and the details of their case, I get a call from Mr. Smith, stating he could help me in my case of wages,retaliation, and misclasifacation of employment. Wanted to meet go over my documents etc. Next day we meet proceed to tell him their attorney called me, threatened with a lawsuit, if I continue, told me i will lose etc. Even played the voicemail for him to hear. He called that "attorney" after I did a bit of investigating find out its actually the owner's dad! Pretending to be a attorney! We're both in shock and he says you have a very strong case, supporting evidence and documents and will take my case. Wanted a detailed description of my employment first to last day. (Took all day) to get it all down. Supposed to email it. Txt for email, he wanted to discuss how to proceed from here the next day. Just bring that with I assumed. No call, no reply when I asked time set. NOTHING! So I do the chat online lady apologized said he will call me asap. He called and said he would need 1500. Retainer and 250.00 per hour.! This was after being told no retainer, on his web site it states that. Told me to take it to small claims, has no doubt I will win my case. Are you kidding me! And you than txt and say i was going to help with your case, not now for giving 1 star. You called me names, threatened me for only giving 1 star. As far as the asterisk go, in the footnote it says call for details. I asked you in the consultation you just said the employer will end up paying the attorney fees. And then the next day I asked you, if my case was something you could help me with, you said yes, I then asked you how much it was going to cost. And you did not respond. Isn't the Retainer fee and hourly fee usually something you go over in the consultation and not a week later. Tell me my employer will end up paying attorney fees, don't reply when I flat-out asked you. And then the end of the week tell me I would have to pay the retainer an hourly fee. You should have told me that in the consultation or even when I ask the next day. And not at the end of the week, I could have used that time to look for a different attorney. The lack of professionalism, common courtesy, and code of conduct what's the reason for the one star. As for myself, an attorney only cares about the ratings and to go as far as name-calling, threatening, and degrading a person for their details in their rating, stating facts and NOT their opinion, says alot. Sorry you are upset with me telling how our encounters went. That makes two of us that are.

They really went above and beyond with me. They were on top of everything!! Even on the day I missed court they took care of rescheduling and getting a hold of me to inform me of what had happened and my options.

My case was a pretty serious speeding case and I thought there was nothing an attorney could do. They had a good relationship with the court and we were able to work out an agreement.
