Russell Evans is a SUPERB bankruptcy attorney. The whole process was quick and painless. I do not regret my decision to go with him. If you are facing a Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or any kind of bankruptcy for that matter contact Russell and set up an appointment. I am sharing the details of my experience with Pearson and Butler usually this would be a private email but it has gotten to the point of frustration so I feel that I should share it with the world.

Dear employees of Pearson and Butler. It's not helping me at this point to receive all of these emails informing me again and again that Pearson and Butler is no longer representing me and my husband due to conflict of interest. I would also like to add we have not lasted 27 years because of conflict of interest within our marriage so your case of withdrawal is unwarranted. Plus the physical mail we have received as well.
Which also does not make any sense since my husband and I have been together for going on 27 years. Regardless of that I'm tired of hearing notifications that Pearson and Butler are no longer representing us. I am entitled legally to our full file for the full case of Marci and Chad Beck. We have already sought out and obtain new legal counsel. The only thing holding us back once again is Pearson and Butler. Please send our full file to us in the mail or let me know by phone or email ;since you're very good at that.
When I can come and pick it up. I have attached a copy of all the email notifications I have received so far. It is past the point of ridiculous. I have also left several voicemails to the main office and to the paralegal Elizabeth with no response; except of course that you're no longer representing us which by now I think you'd have to be living under a rock to not know. I initially had them take a case for me in 2018 when my accident happened.
They were honest, felt good and hard working.
I went with Matthew Kober, as I was told he was a great lawyer.
Things were slow, I was getting help with receiving medical help, etc. They warned me it would be a slow process just due to everything that needed to be done medically, etc.
The last half was kind of sketchy. I had a lawyer that was handling the case I had no knowledge of. They then fired that lawyer and never informed me about this.
I was then told my case was being handled by yet another attorney.
I was confused and unhappy with the communication.
The communication was horrible!
I was so out of the loop.
I then asked to be included in my information, medical documents, pricing, etc.
I was then able to be directed to a lawyer that really helped get the job done.
Kyle Adams was very thoughrough. He answered all of my questions, returned my calls, made every effort to get me the best outcome of the intended situation and he was fantastic!
If he hadn't of come into the picture, I would have gone elsewhere.

Pearson Butler responded to this review by suggesting that they didn't work in the type of law that I needed help with, but they do. That wasn't the issue. What was the issue was what I have written below. It's also funny how they perhaps played dumb.
Pearson Butler says you can get a consultation. Yet, they reneged that promise with me -- and I was then transferred to someone who only further stopped cold, reversing that promise. I got a consultation for just a moment before the reneging.
The lie is evidence that Pearson Butler cannot be trusted.

As far as working with the attorney, let me save you time, money and FRUSTRATION and do not hire Tara. As far as working with this firm goes, expect for it to take over 3 weeks or longer (I still haven't received it) to get your refund from your retainer if you end up terminating services. HOWEVER, they will make sure to send you your invoice. What a joke. All in all I cannot say I have had any positive experiences working with this legal firm other than communicating with bailee, a paralegal there - and I will ensure to tell all my friends and family or whoever needs to resolve legal matters to stay clear from this place. you will get ZERO accountability from these so called professionals.

Nice modern building, friendly staff and they seek out the best attorneys in their specific fields. They can skillfully handle almost every kind of case. Top notch talent but not stuffy. Twice today I heard an attorney tell staff to go easier on billing a client. (Maybe I shouldn't have let that slip out.) Most paralegals are very sharp too. They have good follow up systems in place and ongoing training.

Took my money, wasted my time and didn't help me keep my child safe. They want your money and they don't care about you. They gave me the run around on questions, weeks without returning phone calls and billed me for their lawyers changing appointment times. Go elsewhere.

It took almost a month to get someone to review a potential purchase agreement (reached out to Ethan Hanson via email and voicemail with no response at all), and when Dan Witte did "review" it, he milked the entire retainer fee for a 2 minute voicemail and possibly 10 minute phone conversation. I got no written response outlining what he had reviewed, just an invoice with the total charge having been taken. For corporate law, I highly recommend Joshua Green at Green Legal Group, LLC. He has been phenomenal.

Kyle Adams is horrible attorney. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. His paralegal would sometimes respond, but then she followed the same work ethic as Kyle and stopped responding. I had to email the partners twice and they finally got back to me with another attorney to work on my case. The other attorney responded and was good. However, if you want any attention you have to email the partners and that's a horrible way to run a law firm. In addition, if you go with these guys expect Jeff Butler to spam you with divorce workshop emails. I've emailed him more than five times to remove us from his divorce workshop spam emails. He always says he will and then doesn't. We never came to this law firm for any divorce or marriage items. Yet, Jeff Butler thinks everyone that is a client should receive his spam divorce workshop emails. The entire firm is poorly run and even poorly managed.

Contacted Pearson Butler for collecting debt from another party. Not only did they take almost two years and got me $12. I had to follow-up with them more than 15 times. They wouldn't respond many times. In fact, Kyle Adam our attorney was beyond horrific. He wouldn't respond, wouldn't work on our case and would continue to charge us money for reviewing our case every week. I even emailed the partners two times and no response. The entire operation is poorly run top to bottom.
