I had a terrible experience with this firm. I paid the full retainer and Rand totally dropped the ball. He was very difficult to get ahold of. He acted like he was listening but in the end he didn't even listen to my concerns. He waited until literally the last second to submit my paperwork making me stress the whole time. When he did submit it, it was just a generic document that didn't even pertain to our conversation. I tried to get my kids and I away from an abusive husband and Rand took every penny I had and did nothing to help. He only caused grief and left me no choice. I had nothing left and had to wait a full year to earn enough to start the process all over. Rand really set me back by failing to follow through, and my kids and I now have a harder time because of it. I would never recommend a firm that leaves a woman and her kids in a bad situation, uses up the entire retainer and does nothing!

My name is Joseph Pratt. Clarissa West is the attorney I would want if I ever needed one. She covered every base I could think of in her defense of my daughter going through a custody battle. A better job could not have been done. It was the best. She really showed how lazy the opposition advocate was and buried him in legitimate legal points. The rule states "Every defense," but after she was done, there was literally nothing left to dispute. People are always complaining about attorney's and what they charge, but as a paralegal I know it would be very difficult to overpay this attorney. Frankly I was very envious of her work.

I don't recommend them at all they are just after your money an don't do anything for you. I've been trying to divorce for a year an they will always say they didn't have any court days but they will ask for money all the time. Everything I asked for in my divorce they couldn't help me. They will always call me 2 or 3 times I guess that's where they money went. The only time I went to court they the person that represent me seemed like he didn't know what he was doing an screwed me over.

I called in and talked to the receptionist Who was very nice. I received my consultation call and had my conversation with the lawyer. As we were speaking all he could do was repeat what I was already telling him. Within 10minutes he was already talking about his money. The consultation was supposed to last 30minutes.

I stated to him "I apologize but if your mentioning your money this early into our conversation I feel your more interested in your money than you are in helping me and my case. Also, you haven't given me any peace of mind when all you be done is repeat what I'm telling you and give me no actual information."

I will not recommend this place. Professionals don't hangup on people.
I will never work with anyone who is money hungry. I'll pay $500 an hour for the right lawyer. This guy was a waste of my breath and my time.

Deciding to use an attorney for legal matters can be a very difficult decision to make at times, even if you feel that you are in the right. Will it be worth the cost, and will I prevail in the end? I debated those feelings and questions. I ultimately felt that I should seek legal help. I searched for legal representation online, talked with trusted relations, and called attorney's for their advice. Ultimately I chose Kris Greenwood. I did this because of his experience, forthrightness, and feeling that his recommendations were what I believed to be true. In my case, we prevailed and I am happy to now say that​ it is over.

Worst lawyer ever!!!! Rand was my attorney and he did absolutely nothing for me. Every time I had to call to get an update on my case I spoke to the secretary. She would always say he's on the other line and would never call me back. After many times calling him back I finally would get transferred then when I was asking him questions he was clueless to what was going on and brushed me off and said he would call me back which never happened. I finally dropped him because I was paying for nothing. He took a lot out of the retaining fee which was unfair because he didn't do anything. I got some of my money back from the deposit. Now after a year later from letting him go from my case. I get a bill from there office saying I owe them $49 dollars and it was past due. From a year ago? I called the office and of course spoke to the same secretary and she said it was a glitch and said she was removing me from the mailing list as we speak. I asked what address do you have on file and she was clueless. Had to put me on hold for a few minuets to go pull up my old case from a year ago to confirm. Don't tell me you was doing it as we speak if you didn't have my info in front of you. Are they that desperate to get $50 dollars from someone who havnt been with them in over a year? She said there was a lot of letters sent out to people by mistake. And I'm sure some people who currently use them will pay thinking it's a regular bill. Dont use these guys to represent your case. They are extremely expensive and don't do anything. Most of the positive reviews are fake on here anyway.

I wanted to add to my post. Most recently, I went through a situation where my ex-wife was cohabitating with her boyfriend. As you may know, Cohabitation is very difficult to prove in the State of Utah.
