Damian was reliable and knowledgable throughout the process of my insurance claim. He always took time to communicate clearly and repeatedly with me if I didn't understand something leaving me feeling comfortable after addressing any concerns I had. I did feel that although he was busy, it was best to communicate with Damian directly rather than other members of the team.

Dave Tullis did and excellent job with my car accident case. If I had not hired him some of my injuries may have went untreated. He worked really hard to make sure I saw all the right doctors and that all my medical bills were covered. He also assisted me in getting a settlement that helped me recoup lost wages and a totaled car.

I was guided to the Advocates after I was rear ended on my way to a chiropractic consultation. My truck had about 3K + worth of damage, and his vehicle was in bad shape. It all started four years ago when we got rear-ended, and I contacted Damien and they started the process. When the auto accident first happened, I called around to a few attorneys, but they all said things like, “’Make sure you get on all the medications you can, ones like Lortab, Percocet, OxyContin, and make sure you never tell anybody that you’re feeling better, and don’t go to chiropractic because there’s no money in that”..
Ugh. I did not like any of that advice!!!
But when I called the advocates, I knew right away that they were not shady, not manipulative, and that they actually had my healing and my well being in the front of their mind. I signed up with them right away and I am so grateful that I did. They took care of so many things that I know nothing about (health insurance claims and bills, car insurance questions, negotiations, etc). I didn’t even have to think or wonder about it.
Even if I were educated in those areas, I can imagine it would have taken sooo much of my time, so much printer ink and paper, so many phone calls and how could I have done that stuff when I was in pain and just trying to get to medical appointments 3-5 days a week.

I never actually met my attorney. We've talked a few times throughout the past year. Lack of communication! Every time I've contacted the office or the assistant, they never knew what was going on with me or my case; the staff hasn't been very professional. I guess my case hasn't been a big money maker for them since I've been put on the back burner. It's been over a year and my case still hasn't been settled. I lost my job and my apt. I haven't had a steady place to live and I'm still not back to work. I can't even describe how I have felt during this entire process; it doesn't help knowing that I'll never fully heal from my injuries. The doctors that I was referred to by the attorney office; they weren't friendly or easy to work with. I would have expected my case to have been handled much differently. They also sat on the insurance money for several months, without paying my medical bills. You don't get much from the settlement, however, the attorneys make sure to get their money, which is twice the amount that you'll get!!!

My car accident Case took 34 months due the extensive amount of treatment I had to receive from doctors. Without Marc and the rest of the team here I would have been a god damn mental wreck. They handled all of the accounting that had to do with the countless doctor visits; guided me towards a great orthopedic surgeon @ Davidson Orthopedics when I was lost on how and where to continue with my treatment for my back injuries; they kept in contact with me and checked in on my health and well-being throughout the process (mostly a once a month check in, enough to show they cared and definitely not to the point of being annoying)!!!
