My experience with Jamie has been very good. She knows her stuff and was extremely helpful in one of the most difficult times of my life. I chose to work with her after meeting with a number of other attorneys and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

If you are looking for a Lawyer with integrity, who is thorough, who will fight for you and fight for what is right, then Jamie Topham is the one for you!!! Never in a million years did I expect to need the services of a lawyer, but learned quickly the importance of having a great lawyer. Jamie is just that... a great Lawyer!! She helped me get through the toughest time of my life and helped me to see things from a legal perspective and not just how I wanted to see it or how I thought things should be. I am forever grateful for her services and would and have recommended her many times to others in my same situation. Jamie is a class act!

not very satisfied with her work ar all she sucks i dont recommend her. she didnt help us out on what we wanted. she didnt care.
Sloppy and Unorganized I hired Jamie Topham to handle the adoption of my adult kids to my husband. My husband met her in person and provided all the requested information. About a week later, one of her assistants emailed me, and asked for addresses and spouse information, which I provided. A few weeks passed, and the lawyer called and asked for the information again. We told her the assistant already had it, so she said she would get it from her. Then, another week passed and she called and wanted the information AGAIN. It seemed like their office of three people did not share the emailed information.
When I proofread the petition, my name was spelled incorrectly.
Day of the Hearing arrived and two hours before we are to be in court, SHE CALLED IN SICK, and had another lawyer from a completely different office, who knew nothing about the case, meet us at the courthouse.
Minutes before the hearing, while proofreading the paperwork, I found she put my daughter’s middle name, as my son’s middle name, and had BOTH their ages incorrect by over 10 years.
I called her office later that day, to ask about the birth certificates. Her assistant told me she was busy with another client. She wasn’t too sick for the other client that day, but she was for us. I asked to have her call me back, which she didn’t.
A week later, I called back about the birth certificates again and was told, “We’re Done”.
I paid $1,000.00 for what? Someone who could not even show up for court.
This was supposed to be a special day for my family, and the way she handled it with all the mistakes really put a damper on it.

Can only imagine how embarrassed and disappointed her dad must be. All his hard work procreated....flushed away. Apple fell FAR from that tree. VERY Unprofessional, if you have a conflicting issue like we did.... Handle like an adult, not like she did. If your crayons are broken in 1St grade... She 'might ' be handle that, if more challenging of issue.... See better council.
