Great man reallly would use him if i need a lawyer

Absolutely Worst Experience. David is one of the most dishonest Attorneys I've ever met. He played baseball games at my hearing while sitting next to me. He didn't fight for me but I am pretty sure he got paid at that secret meeting. David SOLD Me Out.

If you are looking for an attorney with care and compassion... RUN NOW!!! This attorney is the worst he took our case 8/17 and told us it takes time, it takes time BE PATIENT. For over a year we’ve waited patiently for something, anything from the guy! Instead we were blown off with a lousy letter telling us basically were not worth his time and he’s closing the case! WHY... BECAUSE HE CANT MAKE ENOUGH MONEY OFF OF US!!!!! Not even a phone call just a letter arrrived today blowing us off after wasting a year of our lives for NOTHING!!!! Leading us on over a year for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! How do you sleep at night you outta be ashamed of yourself to treat people that come to you for HELP LIKE THIS!!!

If my memory serves me correctly my first encounter with David Ellin was 2001 and then later in 2009. He helped me retrieve a decent amount of money from a very well known Realtor Company and He represented me when my new truck was hit by a teenager...again very successful.
