Marty Walker worked hard and with a true commitment to ensure I had a fair settlement during my divorce. She handled my case with the individualized approach it deserved for a stay at home caregiver to a special needs child. David Spang married to Martha Walker are the 2 most deceitful, greediest lawyers in Chambersburg. My mother passed away in march of 2016. Spang handled the estate when Martha was designated executrix from a will made in 1997. I have yet to see Martha Walker since the year 2000, when I witnessed my mother firing her as her divorce lawyer. There was a new will made as my daughter witnessed my mother writing it. In my experience, with the deceitfulness existing in the chambersburg courthouse, I have a theory in which Rick Bushman, my mother's ex-employer drew up her new will. Rick Bushman unexpectedly passed away approximately a month or so before my mother. I have reason to believe the paperwork of my mother's recent will was destroyed by the conspirators located in path valley and employed at the courthouse in chambersburg. The destroyed will did not include my only sibling. Mr. Spang lied to me several times to get the financing for my own trust account instead of taking it from the estate as it should have been split evenly, my sibling paid nothing. I paid over 13 thousand dollars. The will has not been probated, and the IRS is holding my mothers tax return. I had to pay 2,000 when I sold my mother's house in highspire for "insurance" that the house would be sold. According to Mr. Spang, I would get that money back after the closing of the house. I did not recieve it and after an email today, Mr. Spang told me, that money went into the family estate and I will not be getting it. The paperwork stated my sister paid 1700 for my mothers grave stone in which I had no inclusion in the decision. The stone may have costed 500 if that, it's cheesy n cheap. I asked to see a receipt and my request was denied. I was told I was responsible for 1/2 of the funeral costs; almost 7,000 , but I would get that back too at the estate settlement. I gave him a check in which I have the receipt. My sibling got reimbursed, I did not. I was told by Mr. Spang that he would need 2,000 for "insurance" on my mother's income taxes for 2016, but I would get it back when her taxes cleared from the IRS. Per sae his email today all I am getting is my trust fund in which I financed out if my pocket, not from the estate. This man is a thief in a business suit and most likely wont give me my trust fund either as it should have been gaining interest in a bank account versus wherever it is. Also, my mother was a natural accountant all her ducks were in a row. This man is charging 40,000 dollars to execute this will, according to the paperwork I received. I speak the truth. I can never be a lawyer or a politician, honesty is in my blood, I cannot speak for my sibling, and I won't. But I will say, do not deal with this law firm unless you don't want your inheritance.

Don't waste your money on this law firm. They don't call to discuss your case. They do it through email which is back and forth for days and when I called I was sent to voicemail and was never called back. Then I receive a bill for each email that they sent. Dozens of emails instead of a simple phone call. They cost me my case and thousands of dollars.

Worst attorney around. While filing for divorce this office provided the opposing party confidential information regarding my case. I have since filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Judicial Complaint Board and awaiting their decision. Walker, Conner & Spang all need to be disbarred for criminal actions.

Walker Connor and Spang represented me for both my divorce and custody. Divorce was
by the book. Custody was a different animal. What I learned is you need to tell your attorney everything, hide nothing...never assume something isnt important. Nate Spang is my custody attorney and I buried him in texts, emails, etc related to my ex wife and the struggles. I trusted Nate knew what he was doing and had a plan....and I NOW have primary custody of my daughter. Nate was honest (even telling me stuff I didnt like), fair in assessment, responsive to communications and most important to me...he believed me! I would recommend this firm to anyone but be honest with where you are! So glad I fired my first 2 attorneys to find Nate!!!!

I've worked with Nathaniel Spang for my custody hearing and for a third dui charge and got nothing but extremely satisfactory results.. I received excellent treatment and was kept up to date on both cases. I felt well informed and counseled wisely through all my legal needs both family law and criminal.. highly recommend this firm!!

I talked to them at length over the phone, then talked at length in person, and they decided they wanted to take my case. They sent me out with the paperwork to fill out, so I went out to my car to fill out the paper work, immediately came back in to drop it off, then I heard nothing for several weeks, assuming they were filing the paperwork we discussed. No, in fact they LOST my paperwork stating that I never filled any of it out! They continued to blame me, despite me KNOWING what I had done, and the precise steps I took with exact detail, yet over and over they accused me of not completing it. Then after they located my paperwork after several days of me calling to follow up, they told me they were dropping my case and not accepting me as a client. I wasted an entire month because of them. I'm SO glad they lost my paperwork so I had not yet paid anything to be treated like that, and they were asking for A LOT of money from me too! Do not go through these people, they have zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero basic decency.
