I got to work with both Ross and Ashley, they both were so great through the whole process! My daughter and I were in an accident that despite being in a parking lot hit us hard enough to break the axles and total my car.
While the injuries sustained to myself were minor, my daughter suffered a concussion, whiplash, and PTSD. As she was already special needs, the accident caused an increase in seizures, headaches and heightened her already severe anxiety.

Is very kind and really cares about his clients. He was able to get us the maxium amount of our settlement and even was able to get us our insurance to give us our under insured motorist portion. We received our settlement within a very short time. Ross really puts his clients first he even made a trip to his office on a Sunday to deliver us a partial settlement from our claim.
