Let me say this upfront: I don’t have a scintilla of negative criticism for this outstanding law practice.

My claim for SSD was handled in the most professional, competent and amicable way I could imagine. I was kept apprised of the status of my appeal every step of the way. I never felt like a client of lesser importance.

Anyone, and I mean everyone fighting for their disability claim should at least consider if not pursue the firm.

My dealings were specifically with Ms. Dobson, Mr. Walter and Joy. The latter helped me with administrative questions and coordination and she was very helpful to me.

Lastly, there is no Greta or Gretta at HNB and I find it appalling that others attempt to smear this outstanding office of outstanding law professionals by posting made up reviews.

1st call was great but following 2 calls were so rude and short tempered there is no way I would recommend them to anyone. We need someone with the skills to know already that a client may already be 3 years deep in this mess and if you can't handle 1 phone call from the client they can't handle pressure from SS for sure. Need a pitbull in my corner. Not someone looking down on me like everyone else already dose..Keep looking for a real caring lawyer, this place is only about money, funny thing is i am 4 years deep with a settelment already won witout a lawyer. I just needed paper work done but someone else will want that 35k i guess. What do I know....

During my phone call I ended up with a person named Gredda or Greta that was just flat out rude and mean. What a terrible experience

Called in and a last named Greta answered and she was very rude and insulting. Acted like I didnt matter or my condition. Felt Insulted and scorned by this person. Will never do business here again

Called several times over the past month and never could get anyone to contact me back. Gretta acted as fit it an inconvenience for her to even answer the phone let alone take a message. So I decided to take my business else where.

Husband filed for disability and it was awarded. They ignored his most serious health condition and at the hearing Mr. Walter said nothing about that. But whatever, we got disability. Mind you, if we ever called to speak with our attorney we coukd not NOT ONE TIME since we filed. Always got a call back (maybe) from a secretary. Our biggest complaint if ineptitude is that since the day he got disability, December 2019, they told us he couldn't get on Medicare for 2 years, period. They confirmed this more than once. our goal was Medicare far more than the disability check. Two times the lackey that called me back said he could file for Medicaid ! They don't even know the,difference and he CANNOT file for Medicaid , we aren't broke. Their failure to give us factual information has quite literally caused my husband to be in the hospital for the past 6 weeks. No apologies though they admitted they meant Medicaid has a 2 year waiting period, and actually that's probably not true either. They don't care at all about the client. I should not have had to call numerous times to finally get them to see where they went wrong.

Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal just represented me for an SSDI case and won, a disability case that I had been struggling with for over 6 years all together.
