Cost of about $200 for an hour of the time but it helped for what it was worth

He was quick and wasted no time getting my child back to me with as little residuals as possible involving the courts.
He is very respected by the judges in our system and I can see why!

I had Kim Melchor from the Vannoy firm represent me and although this was the hardest time in my life, I never expected a lawyer and stranger to fight for me, not even for the glory of winning but because she believed in me and wanted me to have my life back. It's not surprising to see Anthony Vannoy no longer with his old law firm WRIGHT & VANNOY...Anthony Vannoy represented me in my Divorce years ago along with Domestic Issues with my ex wife and we proved she was guilty of assaulting me...Yet he didn't push for any penalties against her. In the end as we would encounter my ex wife in the courts he would conversate with her more than me...I really felt VIOLATED...I WOULD NEVER UTILIZE HIS SERVICE IF HE WAS THE LAST ATTORNEY IN THE CITY AS WELL AS MICHAEL WRIGHT...I ALWAYS REFER PEOPLE TO " PAUL RION"

I came to this lawyer around 2 years ago almost because my license was getting suspended due to a accident that I was not properly covered for insurance for. Long story short, I was underage when the accident happened, 9 days away from being 18 and they charged me as an adult, EVEN THOUGH I was counted by the court in Dayton as a minor in the juvenile court.. as I was literally 17 when the accident happened.

My dad never properly made sure I was listed on the insurance policy he has to be covered. That is why I never got covered for the accident, as I was at fault. but I mean, I was a minor, I can't just get my own insurance policy, lol. So I was basically just starting out 18, only 2 months of getting my license and it got suspended due to this.

I should've wrote this review when the deal with this lawyer didn't work out, but I'm getting to it now as I am working on filing bankruptcy to get my license validated. I'm 20,000 in debt for something that wasn't my fault as a minor. The lawyer agreed to help me with getting my license back and out of the situation, as it was completely unfair and regardless, it's my dad's fault why I was not properly covered, not mine. I came to VanNoy in hope, as they had such good reviews, I should've known better.

When I came to VanNoy Firm, I was a month away from my license getting suspended. I waited weeks and weeks for them to do something. I heard nothing. Finally, aggravated with waiting as nothing had been accomplished and I'm a whole week now from having no valid license, I contacted VanNoy, I was told "it will be getting worked on." I still heard nothing. I contact them again a day or two later, they told me to go the BMV and pay the $200 fee, again doing nothing to stop it from getting suspended, as the BMV requires a agreement from the collections agency charging me, bankruptcy or payment of over $10k. Then, after this, a whole month of waiting, all that they had to offer is a suggestion of taking a loan out and paying this collections company $4,500, causing me to be already losing credit and messing up my life as a 18-year-old.

DO NOT TRUST VANNOY FIRM! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LAW FIRM AGAIN.
