After reading reviews, I wish I had gotten the Andrew D. from 2 years ago....unfortunately, I got the Andrew that made me feel like he was working an assembly line and couldn't wait to get to the next client. In the 4 months that I retained Mr. Dutkanych, I physically met with him twice. The first time, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and he didn't come to retrieve me until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. He was very prompt in telling me when my time was up and therefore cutting my paid time in half. The second time I met with him, he had double booked me with another lady in the waiting area and when he came to get me he informed us both of the booking issue and told the other woman "I'm going to take her back first, because this shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes." This made me feel like he was just going to rush me out. My case was a very sensitive one, and I just never really felt that my attorney was on my team. He didn't file charges that I felt should have been filed from the beginning, charges that I later learned SHOULD have indeed been filed. I honestly don't think that he was willing to fight for me and the way I had been wronged. He never made me feel that he cared one way or the other about the outcome of my case. He was very prompt in responding to questions thru email, unfortunately his answers were usually pretty vague and short.
I would not recommend Andrew Dutkanych for representation. As far as the rest of the firm, I didn't meet anyone else so I can't comment.

The attorney Andrew, that was representing me is awesome. He is direct, professional, and excellent communication. I highly recommended if you are looking for a highly professional attorney/team to represent you. I will always go back there for any future employment law needs. Once again thank you.

After meeting with Andrew at his hoteling office (a place where dozens of other people make pretend they have a larger business presence due to a fancy address and someone contracted to answer the phone) and agreeing to be represented, I was promptly forgotten for months with no contact. Andrew acknowledged that nothing had taken place and my case closed, but that it could be reopened for a "catch up" fee. After saying no, he said he will send me a bill anyways. Example of how not to do business... Bill for a free appointment, make no contact, and then threaten for his own inaction. Bear advice, either find someome else or represent yourself. This "firm" exists purely to free the inattentive from their money.

Mr. Dutkanych is very intelligent and caring. He put a lot of effort into reviewing important documents for me, explained it in a concise fashion and gave me the confidence I needed to sign an important loan agreement. He was humble and his services were affordable. I felt he had my best interests in mind. I will definitely turn to him first for any legal issues I may encounter in the future. I give him the highest recommendations.

Andrew Dutkanych requested and received a $3500. retainer fee from us and did not even file against the right company. He refused to return the $3500. When we confronted him on the fact that it was the wrong company he did nothing to correct it. He also tried to keep the information of the filing from us we had to the work to follow up searching to get any information from the court. He was fully aware and purposely filed knowingly against the wrong company. We fired him upon learning of his actions. We wish we had never retained him. We would not rate him with any stars but you have to if you want to post a review. From the start with Andrew Dutkanych, it was a total nightmare. Please consider this, don't want anyone to go thru what we did. If we could save one person from a situation would be our goal. We are going to post this review online on as many sites as we can.
