I appreciate Mr. Wamsley taking my case. It was not a huge case, however, Mr. Wamsley called me personally and talked to me. Mr. Wamsley and his office stood by my side the entire time and I received a decent settlement.

I'm glad to read that everyone has had a great experience with this firm. I guess I was one of the unfortunate ones they could not help. I felt belittled in some sort when some questions was asked and I guess my answers were not good enough. I was in a horrible accident that could of cost me my life and the life of my child. Under went surgery, was on very strong meds that interfered with my memory not alone I slept almost 2 weeks straight on these meds after surgery so now that I'm up and trying to get myself back together, I get a call from the law firm and them asking me all these questions. Then they ask me how old am I like I didn't understand the question they had just asked. I did my own investigation on my own case but you all couldn't figure certain things out. Thanks anyway, my God is all I need and he will make sure I'm taken care of. This is not to be taken as a bad review. I do appreciate the little time you all took to work with me. I just think communication could have been better.

Vaughn Wamsley has done an exceptional job for me. I had a slip and fall case that began in 2016. It was very hard for me to finalize the case by myself. Vaughn was very kind to me im not a very outspoken person face to face and since my injury that has become worse but the entire staff and Vaughn himself were very kind and asked me if id like a beverage or coffee when i came for my visit it was very cosey i felt welcomed as soon as i walked in the room lit up with smiles and welcomes Vaughn was outside in his car when i arrived reading his daily scriptures but was in within minutes we had a deep conversation about how similar our cases were then went over my case he gave me a free bible and asked me what i wanted to do with my life witch is diclosed information but id just like to say to anybody who is going to choose a attorney Vaughn is the man i called 3 other attorneys and they said there wasnt a settlment in my case and i am very happy with what im getting back for mine.

I was a person that needed help very badly and I didn't know where to turn because I was in a car accident. I was told by family members that due to the accident I should seek counsel and not try to go it alone. So I hired Mr. Wamsley. Not only did he talk to me over the phone but he was at my house within 20 minutes. He talked to me and told me what he could do for me. He told me he was "lead" to come and help him. He told me he was a Christian. He did everything he could to help me. I am happy with the settlement I received.

In March, 2006, I was taking a walk up our quiet, suburban street, when around the corner came a yellow Jeep, driven by a man who was truly high and feeling no pain as he careened head on into me. One of the few things I remember from the weeks that followed was meeting a very empathetic, strongly Christian attorney in my hospital room. He was kind, compassionate, confident and very reassuring, as he asked questions and took many photos that day, and he remained so In the many months that followed. My life was forever changed on that cold, wintry day, but my husband and I will always be eternally grateful to Vaughn Wamsley for taking us through the maze of doubts, fears, and confusion we were dealing with. He was unbelievably adept at deflating the cold, callous, schemings of the insurance company adjusters we were dealing with. They were so sure they had me all sewed up and tucked away...which they would have if Mr. Wamsley hadn't taken over. He was so absolutely adept at dealing with them -- we were amazed...and so were they! Hopelessly over matched, they agreed to a much higher settlement than we had hoped for, closing up their little briefcases and quietly, sheepishly, exiting the room before they got into even more trouble. I will never be the same again. Medical problems have continued steadily through the years. Nearly all are connected to the accident, which I tend to think of as the 'assassination attempt'. The pain and scars remain, but much of the worry over hospital and doctor bills does not. Thank you, Vaughn...to this very day, you are still helping us. Vaughn and his staff were very helpful and moved my process along quicker than expected. I would highly refer Mr. Wamsley and would use him again, but, hopefully, wont need to.

He is an incredible attorney and Christian man. I say this because he handled my case with the upmost attention so much that I hired him again. Vaughn Wamsley represented me when I was 19 years old. He actually showed up while myself and my cousin were in the hospital and started pestering my mother to get me to agree for him to be my lawyer. The calls were constant until he asked to take me to lunch to discuss my case. He chose Mcdonalds. Very classy, Vaughn. I signed because I didn't know what I was doing and imagine that the calls stopped. Anytime I wanted to know the status of my case I had to call him. This held true for about three years. It is my assumption that Vaughn never actually looked at my case because what he told me I would be receiving in a settlement did not even come close to what I actually received. I was surprised to no end to discover that Vaughn would be receiving more than me for simply sitting on my case and then pushing settlement paperwork down my throat.

In the one meeting I had with Vaughn, in his office. He is telling me that this settlement is my only option to get any money out of any of this and to have my medical bills covered (Lo and behold, after doing my own research, at 19 years old, there was a very clear avenue to take to settle for higher if it went to court, but Vaughn couldn't be bothered to find this out for himself.) I still refused to settle because at a certain point it seemed like the morally appropriate thing to do. Lets go to court and make this man at least put in SOME amount of work for the money he is going to end up with, even if I get less. However, With the encouragement of my mother and Vaughn telling me he'd be glad to give me $2k of his 20k+ portion of the settlement because he "liked me" I signed and have regretted it ever since.

This guy is an ambulance chaser. I find this line of business morally repugnant and I am appalled by my experience and the lack of character that he displayed. I was emotional during our one meeting in his office and he sneered and smirked at me, confident that my dismay would have no impact whatsoever on his bottom line (money). At one point, in the middle of my settlement, having twice met me in the hospital and at our luncheon (again, mcdonalds....) Vaughn showed up to eat at a restaurant I served at. I went to say hello and shake his hand..... he didn't know my name. I should have known right then. Don't use this man. Find someone else who asserts them self as a christian but makes money off of the pain of others.

The reply is a common tactic and morally bankrupt tactic. Get a negative review? Deny you ever did business with the reviewer in the first place.

Edit: Per their request, I emailed Vaughn Wamsley. Got a letter from what, to me, appears to be written by one of his employees but does include a lovely "THIS EMAIL IS FROM VAUGHN WAMSLEY" notation at the top and bottom. Got one email, responded in kind, and haven't heard back in three weeks. Probably because there is no money in it for him.

They DIDN'T Help Me with my Case at all that was the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH MY WRONGFULL DEATH SUIT EVER. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GET ME 7-11 DIGIT SETTELMENT AND I ONLY ENDED UP WITH $5000.00 DIDN'T HELP ME WITH MY CASE AT ALL. IT WAS JUST HORRIBLE

I was in a car accident 30hours post-op from a hip surgery in 2018. Little did I know, that car accident would send me through another surgery and longer recovery. I retained Vaughn Wamsley over 16 months after the accident, because settling the claim by myself was just not working. Not only did Mr. Wamsley come to my house for my consultation, but he was able to get me more money than I would have on my own. He is a wonderful attorney to have in your corner.
