Our experience with Craig, Kelly and Faultless begin in 2011 after our family was struck by a trucking company that should have never been allowed on the road. The result of the accident my mother lost her life, my daughter was injured and has to live with memories from the accident, we never turn down the road where the wreck occurred and my father lived with a broken heart after the accident.

I was a client of Craig, Kelley & Faultless in 2014. After I was rear-ended in an auto accident. I was referred to them by my chiropractor, after the other person’s insurance refused to cover my DRS treatment. I was in a lot of pain and extremely stressed out over the whole situation. Craig, Kelley & Faultless got to work on my case very quickly. They requested all my records & bills for me, and I never had to talk to the other insurance company again. They took the time to listen to my struggles and made me feel comfortable with each new step in my case. Even when my case was over, they continued to check in to see if there was anything else, they could do. No one wants to file a lawsuit, but sometimes you must, in order to insure you are able to get the care you need to heal. If you are facing the crazy uncertainties after any kind of personal injury, I highly recommend these attorneys.

It took 5 years to get done and cost nearly 2/3's of the settlement, which wasn't great and they seemed happy to be done with it.

I am very thankful for the team at Craig, Kelley and Faultless Law firm. From the front office personnel to the case manager Carissa and Alex my attorney everyone was very friendly and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout my case.
