I went through a questionable experience and I was under the impression that this agency could help me. When I filed a claim/ report to this agency, the agency sent me a letter in the mail a few weeks later. The letter informed me that the agency was unable to handle my claim because of their workload. Although their services were free to use, the services were unable to be used through them. Which defeats the purpose of having this as a service. In summary, it's an unusable service. According to ACLU, they have a first come and first serve policy which subjects cases to dismissal if it over burdens their workload.

Don't know what to think, every time I call for help I get the run around
