After being injured in a motorcycle accident I tried to negotiate with the responsible parties insurance (that didn't work) and then my first attempt at hiring attorney I was told "there's not enough pie to go around". So I attempted to be my own lawyer which is the same thing as waterboarding yourself. In my last attempt to get the other side to take me serious I googled best lawyer in Indiana. WKW and Bruce Kehoe in particular came up. I contacted them and sat down with Bruce and Jon Noyes. Immediately I was relieved to find there's plenty of pie or at least enough to treat me fairly. They decided to take me on as a client and I can't begin to tell you how quickly things started to happen. Jon Noyes almost exclusively worked on my case and he's as genuine and as tough as they come. Within a year he did what I couldn't do in three. Without a doubt the best damn law firm in Indiana WILSON, KEHOE, WININGHAM. And Jon Noyes ? Well I'd put him up against anyone in a dispute and I do mean anyone.

I don’t feel I had a fair chance as to what happen in my situation. My case wasn’t even reviewed. I was referred to you by your fellow partners! I was told at our consultation that all my medical records would be collected to view possible medical malpractice. That never happen! I would have never met with you if I wasn’t told I had a case. I just get a phone call telling me after last surgery, well since your doing so well NOW & no follow ups are required we are not going to take the case. It costs a lot of money to review these types of cases. To be honest with you. I was the one that was in extreme pain for 18 days after three surgeries & tubes hanging out of body after a negligent surgery. I wasn’t able to see my kids, I couldn’t eat for 10 days, connected to PICC lines, antibiotics, fluids, & etc. The doctors that helped even said this is not a common thing. Also, the nurses said this is one of the worst we have seen. BUT, I get Call telling me it’s going to cost you to much? What are lawyers for?
