Bill is a stand up guy

I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe how excellent this business is. I highly recommend. Thank you, Bill! Should have used you the 1st time around.

Bill Van Horn is the best divorce lawyer in town! He helped correct my previous divorce lawyer's mistakes. My x was in the airlines and in the military and Mr. Van Horn knew exactly what to do to fix the incompetent lawyers I previously hired. If you have military or airline background that needs to be handled in the divorce, then this is the attorney to see.

Bill is nothing like what he says on his website or who he pretends to be during the initial consultation. I was hoping his "Biblical Perspective" would mean he is fair and wants to resolve cases according to biblical principles.
Bill is a decent lawyer if your only goal is to win, regardless of unnecessary time, money or emotional damage.
I hired Bill to handle a "friendly" divorce. Like a previous comment said, Bill would "negotiate" using the most ridiculous settlement offers that my ex-wife or a judge would never approve. He likes to think of himself as an expert negotiator when all he does is embarrass himself.
In the end, Bill was a complete waste of time. The final settlement was something we could have arrived at on our own, but "Power Trip Bill" would get involved in unnecessary arguments and cause so much disruption all while charging me for his time.
If you are looking for your average, loser, despicable dirty attorney, I would say Bill fits the need well. If you are thinking Bill is ethical, honest or decent, keep on looking.
I can honestly say, working with Bill is probably the biggest regret of my life. If Bill is a Christian, I am embarrassed to be one also.

Interesting to see other's comments. I would say that you could not do much worse than Bill. He is immoral, dishonest, unethical and in general a sorry excuse for a lawyer. Do not believe ANYTHING he says on his website. He DOES practice his Christian faith during non-business hours and certain weekends.
