Comcast damaged our home with an installation so we sought the help of Johnson Law with lots of emails and photos. They responded with a quick email to say they cannot help "due to our current heavy case load and upcoming trial schedule." I responded by asking, "So since not at this time, what time in 2020 will Mr. Johnson be able to help?" They then sent me a PDF of different examples of reasons why they may not be able to help me, but wouldn't tell me THE reason. It was incredibly skillful writing which evaded why they wouldn't help.
