It comes as no suprise that Mr. Hamrick has left the firm! The address for the plaintiff(WestburyApartments)on the case presented and my lease was for a burned down building at the time my lease was signed. The address that Westbury apartments and this law firm used, 1585 W. 85th ave. In presenting their case/rental contract, is burned to the ground. I signed my lease at 10590 N. Pecos st. Bldg. C., not a burned down building. Contractual law proves this lease to be invalid! We will have our day in court! 6 people X 8mths of bedbug bites, and our youngest son left off the lease. Note: blacked out portion of agreement. Should you still represent Westbury Apartments, see you soon for breach of contract/damages and Happy New Year!

Reading through negative complaints here and I'm wondering why they are on the lawyer's page. The lawyers just file the paperwork on behalf of the landlord. Your negative should be on the landlords page. As to this company, they are fantastic! Fast response and do a great job.

I've had the pleasure of working with THS for over 5 years now. As a property manager I have had to turn to them dozens of times for legal advice and guidance. They are always quick to provide answers and help with any situation we are facing on property. They give just as much time and attention to answering our "silly" questions that we don't know the answer to as well as our serious questions when we are facing evictions or court dates. They are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable coming to them. My management company has been using THS for over a decade and will keep using them as long as we can. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Thank you THS!
THS is truly the most professional and helpful multifamily attorney's office I have dealt with! Knowledgeable, responsive, and available to address all of our needs! Couldn't be happier with the service and results provided.

THS is timely, knowledgeable and provide an enormous amount of support. I have worked with them on many matters -- some minor, some major and they treat each situation with the utmost of care, concern and urgency. I would highly recommend working with this agency.

Evicticting me for tomato plants, really bottom of the barrel scum.
Gotta pay that retainer somehow.

my family and I were forced out of our homes in Denver by this law firm and we decided to involve HUD and Dora two agencies to assist us in investigating discrimination and other violations. If this happened to you please we welcome you to follow and maybe this can show discrimination of other tenants because of your disability or color or race.

They illegally evict people in violation of the VAWA act. Also after people have moved out and living in their new places. Slum Lords love using this law firm. Because this is all they do is evictions.

I was actually the one being evicted and the firm represented the property manager. Even though the (newly appointed) Judge ruled against me, he made a few recommendations to the attorney and landlord based on my particular circumstances so that the eviction would not reflect negatively on my record. Their patience and willingness to help me through this process even under no legal obligation after the ruling made a huge difference in my situation.

I have worked with this firm for 5 years now and we always have a pleasant experience with them. We attend their training classes, lunches, and have always learned from them and enjoyed the courses/ trainers. They are always friendly when we call-in and always keep us posted through the eviction process (which we have several every month). We have never had a bad experience with anyone in their office and highly recommend this firm.
If a landlord lost a case, it's not always 100% on the lawyer, maybe sometimes but not always. You have to document everything especially more so if you know you're going to court. If the landlord is always doing their job, there typically isn't ever a reason to lose.
