This company likes to send summons during the holidays in hopes you won't have time to answer. What a trash firm.

Amazing that this firm would represent Yelp, a San Francisco based corporation that gets away with thousands of complaints of abuse towards small business owners all across America with their coupon offer tactics and platform software leverage as a way of generating income. They bill in increments as a tactic also to have a balance in which after unsuspecting clients discover the extra charges they would have to use their card number or a check again. I had to close my brick and mortar second business due to such an experience with Yelp. My monthly lease and the unsuspecting charges (I never received my e-mail for final approval by sales person) this sapped my ability to stay open which I made clear to Yelp salesperson that I was in a new building and a new start-up services business. The sales person assured me that even if I used the coupon I would receive an e-mail to approve the ongoing since inside of their platform there are enhancements in which a person could pay extra or not.
They also seem to work their way around even from regular Google reviews for the complaints are not easy to find or viewable for not shown on a regular search. These too big to fail corporations are able to get special privilege in how they get listed with the shielding from millions of new would be users. Reviews would warn potential new clients of Yelp to be careful with the coupon offers and not rely on comments by the salesperson and read everything that is in fine print with a magnifying glass. Each and every dollar counts for new and existing businesses. I am disappointed with this firm trying to get a balance in which I never consented and filed complaint with my bank. However, their billing method of charging a smaller amount initially without my knowledge then the bank claimed I had an established a relationship which I did not. This incremental billing tactic then causes the typical 750 dollars harnessed to the unsuspecting coupon users with many larger companies losing lots more. Buyer be aware. Contact also your State.

This firm's staff is very friendly and they endeavor to make a difficult process as efficient and clear as possible. Thank you for all the help!
On first contact seemed to be good. They make sure to send the initial paperwork certified mail. After talking to them and getting a deal set. They pay on emails by using a mail box that gets lost in your junk email and the send the paperwork through regular mail to ensure delays are met and they push for wage garnisments instead. Now due to this I cannot maintain my regular way of life due to having to pay them over 800 dollars a month. They don't care about rent or bills or child care they only want their money and don't care if it ruins the home you are in.

Contacted the office today in regards to a garnishment that they had placed on my account. Lady was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning of the call she had attitude and her tone was unexpectable. I understood the fact that the garnishment would be for six months as I have spoken with my HR department and they advised the garnishment was till 01/2020. I did ask what my options were at that point in time once the garnishment stops in January. She stated well I don’t know I don’t understand your question I am confused what you are saying. I then asked at that point what are my options after six months once the garnishment has stopped the company that is garnishing you does have a choice to set up some sort of payment arrangement. If a payment arrangement is set up, then legally they cannot garnish your account. When I explained my situation on how the car, I had gotten from the company Carhop was not worth the amount they are saying I owed a week after I got the car the check engine light went one and the car started to shut down the mechanical fix was worth more then the car so I did do a voluntary repo as they refused to fix any of the problems I had. When explaining this to the Lady at the office she said um well you got the car which is understandable, and I agreed, and it was a huge mistake. But her tone and her continuously saying um I don't know um this and um that is very unprofessional especially for someone who works at a law office. Worst experience ever and she didn’t care or answer any of my questions. It is amazing that someone who works at a law office didn’t know how to answer any of my questions and her responses were nothing but attitude. I did explain to her that I would be contacting my lawyer she said okay and then disconnected the call. So not only did she give me attitude through out the call I guess it is also okay to hang up on people. Might I just add I did not receive any notification that they would be garnishing me I had to find out through my employer that my account was going to begin getting garnished. My address was updated and to have my mail forwarded to the updated address but still did not receive any notification.
