Review: My friend hired Mr. Fair to complete probate and he proved unreliable, unethical and to this day has not finished the job even though she paid in full which he demanded part way through the process. Now he won't return her calls or email or text for two months, the properties are still not in her name and she had to shell out more money to get the job done.
