My friend hired Mr. Fair to complete probate and he proved unreliable, unethical and to this day has not finished the job even though she paid in full which he demanded part way through the process. Now he won't return her calls or email or text for two months, the properties are still not in her name and she had to shell out more money to get the job done. I hope she seeks justice by hiring another attorney to get all her fees returned as he seems to have terrible follow through or ethics or morals taking advantage of a woman in grief!!

Tyler helped us with our trust, health directives and other legal matters. He is quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job for us and at a reasonable rate as well. I highly recommend him.

I do not recommend Mr. Fair. He is a new lawyer without enough knowledge or experience to handle an unlawful detainer case properly. His communication lacks proper ethical skills.
