My business has been a client of the Gunderson Law Firm for about a year now. Incredible service! Their systems are very client focused; all documents received by the firm are immediately forwarded to me. They don't hide the ball or qualify the status of the case. The Gunderson attorneys are whip smart, aggressive (when called for), courteous, and kind. As much as I hate to get involved in legal disputes, it is a pleasure to work with the professionals at the Gunderson Law Firm.

Gunderson has represented me and my company in a variety of ways for the last 4 years. The attorneys and support staff have always been straightforward, realistic, responsible, and accommodating. I highly recommend Gunderson to any company big or small and any individual.

I have had a great experience with Gunderson Law Firm. I’ve worked with them for over five years, and as a small business owner, find myself regularly relying on them for advice and assistance on various issues. They are responsive, professional, hardworking and friendly. When we first started working together, they pointed out several issues with my old client contracts and more, and really helped me get back on track. Ever since, they have been a great advisor to me, and I would highly recommend all of their attorneys for any business legal services you may need!
I am thoroughly pleased with the efforts of Gunderson Law Firm. They are professional and erudite. Our legal dispute was complicated, yet the attorneys worked with aplomb and diligence to understand the intricacies of our case, ensuring a favorable outcome. I knew they had our backs throughout the entangled process. I highly recommend this group of exceptional lawyers.

I am writing this review because I wish someone would have had the gumption to write one before I hired this guy 4 years ago. You know this good old boy lawyers club give each other all 5's. Ironically, they are all guilty of Quid Pro Quo.
I wish I never met Mark Gunderson. My life would be so much better.
First of all, my experience is he tries to tell you how bad the situation is even if is not. Then he'll say its a good thing you came to him, because this is exactly what he is great at. Truth is, nothing ever comes. When you press, he says "at the appropriate time". Unfortunately I found out that is his euphanism for "why do that today when I can do it in a couple years?". That is, if ever.
I learned way more about my case for free from my attorney friends than Gunderson. He was along for the ride. I got so I only communicated with him in writing so I could perhaps try to hold him accountable. He is slippery though and makes few written promises.
Firing him was a nightmare too. I was concerned the court wouldn't take kindly to having to start over a couple years into the case. I felt trapped. I called him things like a corrupt liar, a fraud, and many other things. He responded by trying to bully me and made veiled threats. He wouldn't resign. Turns out when the money is good, this self important man has no shame. Wouldn't do anything to defend me either. Obvious to me he didn't want the case to end. He had many conversations with other parties that he kept secret from me. I became to realize it was good for him if I was the bad guy. Billable hours! Oh God, I wish everyday I never met him.

Update: Gunderson finally being sued by another client for breaching his fiduciary duties. Client specifically claiming misconduct. Second District Court case CV17-01109. Ugly battle it appears. To me, Gunderson did filings without my knowledge or support. I had to threaten to file a complaint with the bar to get him to withdraw. The man doesn't have an empathy gene, just greed. He doesn't care about a client's reputation unless of course the money is big enough. Now the tables are turned. Spread the word!
