This firm hired Jason Guinasso. Mr. Guinasso represented Krisopher Dahir when I took Excel Christian School to small claims court when they (ECS) expelled a student for no good reason. During the hearing I questioned employees of ECS (because I could not easily afford an attorney, as Mr. Dahir could) and discovered that Excel had withheld pertinent information as to their action. They vaguely claimed that the student was expelled because he brought a weapon to school. I knew that was a lie and called them on it. Come to find out the student had been being bullied by other students (not just one, as bullying is rarely done by a single individual) and had used his words and his mouth to defend himself. This is the reason he was expelled. Judge Chris Wilson, Justice of the Peace at Sparks Justice Court, greeted the defendants as soon as they came into the courtroom. He later found in their favor even though I had proven they had lied. Jason Guinasso threatened me to never try to contact his client, Kristopher Dahir again, even though I was questioning the agreement I had made with ECS when I was #1) suffering from a brain tumor (didn't know it at the time) and #2) did not have the proper authority to do what I did (I did not know that at the time, nor did Excel try to affirm that information). I would not go to a place that hired a man that says he is a believer in Christ, yet does not follow Christ, nor His Word. Mr. Guinasso had no problem defending a liar, and not following the Biblical process and procedure for solving my claim against him - my case. Christians do NOT exhibit that kind of behavior, but wolves in sheep's clothing do. I am not calling anyone a wolf in sheep's clothing. I am simply suggesting checking out the actions of a man before taking him at his word.
