So far the experience has been good. Have to do a lot of paperwork​, but I guess that's part of the new process. Also I would recommend that they tell the difference between the online price and in person price. I did the online price thinking it was just a discount if you paid online not that you would do all the work and meetings through the phone or email. Other than that so far I'm happy. Just hoping the rest of process is just as smooth and the bankruptcy goes easy. They are very friendly and do answer quickly, even when they say they won't be in.
